Everything and everyone the staff went above and beyond super clean and fresh smelling

The scenery was beautiful.

The drain in the shower stopped draining so the water overflowed. Requested maintenance apparently it was not fixed.

it was beautiful. Most of the staff were good, 3 stood out, the few others were not so good.

Starting by the preferred club, it's not preferred cause you get exactly what other guest do, beach and poll seats always full, only differential is the restaurant that is exclusive but food has nothing special. The suites that we stayed had a door in between one another so you could hear all the noise from the other suite. We have made some friends in the hotel by the side that share the same bars and club at night but we couldnt stay with they during the morning at the beach or at the pools, that was the worse part of our stay. Also, they pushed us very hard for their vacancy club one entire afternoon, that was very annoying.

- Beeping in the room, concierge said he would send someone but nobody showed up - Most of the plugs were not working - TV was broken - Phone not working had to walk to the reception to get somebody to fix it but even after 30 minutes nobody showed up - Every morning from 7am delivery started to the hotel next door and was so loud that sleeping after 7 was impossible - Noice on the hallway was incredibly load so no sleeping until 12am possible - Food was horrible, got diarrhea multiple times - People were blocking poolside chairs from 7am and were not showing up though, so there were chairs available and I had to share chairs with my family If there is a way to get some money back we would like to go this path

The facility was amazing. I enjoyed my stay and the hospitality of the staff and property overall. The grounds were will kept and extrememly clean, staff was friendly respectful; they were pleasent and courteous. I enjoyed my staff and will definitely return.

The food options were good for me but I have food allergies and restrictions, so my opinion is biased.

Hotel premises are beautiful.

Staff is extremely unpleasant. Definitely made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable.

The resort was nice. It was beautiful and we liked our Butler Luci

We didn’t get the rooms we paid for and on the day of check in they told us they would make it right, but they didn’t even after I went back to the Preferred desk again on day 2 and 3. They gave my wife and I a room with 2 beds and my kids room was supposed to have a pullout bed and it didn’t.They also tried to charge me $600 more than what I was supposed to be charged and then pretty much called me a liar that they didn’t. There were issues with my room that when asked to have fixed at least 4 times they didn’t address them. Also there were many staff members behaviors that were not what I would expect from a Dreams resort and my past experiences staying at one a few years ago. Lastly the food was not good at all, very disappointing considering what I paid for this trip with my family.

Facility is well maintained. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Waiters at the pool side were my favorite. Always smiling and checking often to see if you need drinks. Of course, our tipping may have helped with their service. Food was good. Loved the casino and dance club shared with Secrets.

Check in was super slow. We were a party of 12 but the only ones checking in when we got there and they had 4 people working and it still took a long time. Check out was quick and easy.

Beaches had a lot of seaweed, wish there were more activities to do during the day time (billiards, etc, open during day as well)
