Friendly reception staff who also upgraded us to a larger bedroom given that we had a child with us. We found out that when booking for 2 adults and 1 child, turns out that there is no bed included for the child, despite the information provided by Booking.com during the reservation. It assumes that 3 persons will sleep in one same double bed... So be aware if you have kids.

The double bed in our room was quite small and the mattress sunk in the middle, with giant pillows of 1 meter width each and very thick. We asked for smaller pillows but there weren't any, so we did not have a good sleep and felt very tired during our trip. The bedroom was very compact overall. Very simple bathroom with a shower that flooded the floor each time. Overall, too pricey for what it is.

Breakfast was excellent, the location is great, the staff were very friendly, and my room was very clean with a spacious closet.

It was very cold, so I could not sleep at all. The radiator was not heating the room much.

The room was big and clean, and it consisted of 2 rooms actually. The breakfast is good and delicious! The location is amazing, right next to the bus and tram stops. The view is great!

An excellent hotel with vintage flavor. The reception staff were very friendly. They arranged early check-in and late check-out for us, on request. The breakfast had decent items. Overall, we are really impressed with the friendly and cooperative behavior from all the personnels working there. Mr. Mosleh was particularly very helpful. He gave us valuable information about visiting Zurich and our stay at the hotel. The hotel can be easily reached by tram from the central station. There are also some good food places nearby.

For this price I at least expected a watercooker or something. Very small, bathroom has no room to stand in. Its okay for Just sleeping

The hotel is located a little outside the city center, but that surely contributes to more reasonable rates. It is nevertheless easily and quickly reachable by tramway, with a major stop at less than 100 m from the hotel. I had anticipated arriving late and promptly received an e-mail with clear instructions for how to retrieve my key. When I nevertheless arrived earlier, the receptionist was very friendly and efficient. The room was not very large, but not cramped either, very clean and conveniently furnished, with a good-size desk and a comfortable chair, and the same applies to the bed. In the wardrobe, there were a safe and – an umbrella! (I did not need it, though :-).) Coming to the breakfast room (also a café or restaurant), I really appreciated the friendly, unpretentious greeting I got first from the cleaning ladies and then from the waitress (I had spent the night before in a five-star hotel...). There were enough food choices for every taste, and the bread was really good.

The only wish I can think of would be warmer colors in the room (no pink, though ;-) ) and maybe another painting on the empty wall. Perhaps this can be considered at the next touch-up? Now the review app wants me to write one more sentence, but I have no more complaints!

My wife and I spent 4 days in the hotel. It is close to center only 7 stops with the tram. The staff was great, the room was clean, good breakfast

Room a bit small, but this is typical for central Europe

We've been to Zurich, Lucerne, Lauterbrunnen, Wengen, Iseltwald & Geneva and so far this is our favorite hotel. Lots of things we love about it. 1. We got early check in. We arrived at 10 to 11am and just about to drop off our luggages, but then they said our room is ready so that was so nice. 2. We got a room upgrade. We just booked for an average size room but they upgraded us to their most spacious room and yeah it was really spacious compared to the other hotels we booked in Switzerland. 3. The views in our room are all so good. We have 3 windows in our room and all with beautiful views of Zurich 4. VERY NICE BREAKFAST! Among all the hotels we stayed in Switzerland, our favorite was this hotel and the one in Lauterbrunnen. 5. Both hotel & restaurant staff are all nice and accommodating 6. VERY ACCESSIBLE! It's near Goldbrunnenplatz station. Just 2 mins walk, you can literally see the station from your hotel room. Very accessible if you are going to famous tourist spots in Zurich.

Everything is good, we are very happy, the only downside was that the bathroom has a bit of a smell. It is really clean though, but there's a bit of a bad smell probably with the plumbing we cannot really tell what. Overall we are really happy everything was so clean. It was a nice and comfortable stay. We'd love to stay here again when we go back to Zurich. Kudos to this hotel, we hope you'll have a lot more of customers in the future.

The location is perfect and just 100 meter from tram station.

The breakfast is just normal, not many varieties.
