motion detector lights in bathroom and no way to turn them off, coffee capsules only once, would have appreciated a welcome pack (some food, drinks, etc...)

The staff were amazing and helpful ⭐️ The location is great nearby to many stuff within walking distance but yet still in quite area. The rooms were clean they clean every other day (great for long stays) The kitchen was fully equipped

The location was 10 min walk to the central train station, and the apartment was very clean, well-equipped kitchen, the beds were really comfortable, and the showers in the bathroom were strong without any leaks or issues, amenities such as soap, shampoo, and lotion were provided in each bathroom. They also supply tea and coffee for free so this was also a nice gesture to go with the premium feel of the property. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe, the building was located in a residential area, opposite ETH Zurich, and 2 minutes walk you can many restaurants around, and a few supermarkets within 10 min walk of the property. Cleaning is provided free of charge 3 times a week so this was also a major plus. Check-in was pretty smooth, all i had to do is go to the address of the property, and inside you will find a phone where you will call the property manager who will come in 2-3 minutes to hand in the key and check you in so it was a pretty efficient process after a long flight. For Checkout, you can just leave the access cards on the table and leave which was also time-saving on the day of my flight. I will definitely consider this as my home away from home whenever i visit Zurich.

Nothing i can think of, this was really a perfect stay.

The only critique I have is that the tenant upstairs was quite noisy and seemed to have constantly moving furniture around and generally was making a lot of noise while walking around. This is of course not an issue that EMA house could be made responsible for. Would rent anytime again.

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and in a great location. The small kitchen is very well equipped and there is enough space and internet for two people to work remotely. Zürich HB is at less than 15 min walk. There’s a COOP right next to the train station. Within 5-10 min walk from the apartment there are very nice restaurants.

The staff was so nice, the facilities are beyond expectation. Worth the price.

The apartment was fantastic by every measure.

The air conditioning couldn’t keep up with the warm August nights but we just opened the windows and were comfortable.

—the size, design, cleanliness, conveniences of the kitchen, and the location -the new appartment is amazingly big with an upstairs space even with shower and toilette, because it is not easy to find a place of a 4 person family unless you book 2 double rooms which are not convenient -this appartment is newly equipped, 3 toilettes + 2 shower rooms where everything has been recently renovated which I could tell, clean and convenient _the location is good too, walking distance to the train station

_after booking the room, I wanted to double check how many beds including the sofa bed there will be in the apartment, I got very confused by exchanging loads of emails, I think different persons used different expressions in English, so I got very different answers from them... _we were 2 hours later than the originally planned check-in hour (which was about 4 pm finaly so not too late), the receptionist called me to know my exact arrival time, which I did not understand why _It took me 2 days to look for a cooking knife, cutting board, scissors in the kitchen, I called and was told they will check but nothing happened, i called for the second time, the other receptionist insited that I needed to wait for the room attendance to show me where they are in the kitchen, but i was leaving for catching a train, which i finally missed and it seemed they did not care for my time even if they did not come for the first day. This lady seems very rude and unfriendly on the phone. _no electricity from some sockets, maybe it is my problem... _only 1 day laundry detergent is offered even if we stayed for 3 days, otherwise we will have to buy it _no daily bus ticket offered during our stay

Location was great, Service apartment is modern and very good size with great amenities inside

Shower cubicle glass is clear so very exposed and no privacy if travelling with friends and not with partner/husband. Hence it will be better if the shower glass is froste'd/opague to offer privacy
