Excellent stay, your concierge desk was very good and Mr. DSilva was really helpful and went out of his way for us.

This hotel is all about the customer. The staff takes good care... soft spoken and warm welcomes. The interior is fresh and has an aroma that makes you feel fresh once you enter . I always keep coming to this property for stays or even a short stop before taking off to the airport.

Food generally is very good - just sometimes not up to the standard I would expect from a 5 star Hotel. Perhaps I should stick to what hey are good at food wise - which is most of the menu.

The stay was comfortable because the staff was very cooperative. The decoration and gift placed in the room gave a personalised touch and made the stay more memorable. We would really like to thank Ms. Jasleen and team for making our stay amazing.

Great value especially compared to others near by. Perfect location in large secluded setting literally 5 min from airport. Super clean, lovely pool, good gym, comfortable large room and beds. Good breakfast buffet. As always superb staff.

Hervorragender Service und sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Team. Ich nutze dieses Hotel immer wieder, wenn ich in Mumbai bin und auch meine Arbeitskollegen bestätigen die Vorzüge dieses Hotels. Sehr gutes Frühstück, große Auswahl, Tisch-Service für die Live-Cooking Stationen und eine angenehme Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Betten komfortabel und die Kissenauswahl perfekt. Das Hotel liegt nahe am Flughafen (5 Minuten) aber nicht in der Flugschneise, es gibt keinerlei Fluglärm.

Sauberkeit - richtig sauber ist es halt nicht

The lobby lounge is a lovely spot to chill and relax during the day, with super attentive staff without being overwhelmed. Ravi and Jay deserve a special note. They went above and beyond to look after us. The Jamahar restaurant, which serves traditional food, is out of this world, and Abdul, who guided us through our Indian menu, was a gentleman and so passionate about his job.

Very minor, and strictly a personal preference. While it was rainy season during our visit, we would have liked an area that was outdoors to sit that was perhaps covered. I'm a smoker and don't like smoking indoors or at the hotel door. Somewhere more discreet and comfortable would have been nice that I could enjoy a drink.

the shaving socket in the bathroom was bit dirty, can improve it ( for Improvement)

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The dinner buffet at Citrus and breakfast was excellent.

Rooms are very much comfortable. Plus point is that within the city limits, they haven’t compromised on the pool area and the walking area.

ALL WAS GOOD EXCEPT THE BREAKFAST SPACE WAS VERY NOISY AS IF A DELIBERATE ATTEMPT BEING TO THROW THE USED CROKERY AD CUTLERY. THIS WAS TRYULY ANNOYING - WORST THAN A SOUTH INDIAN MANGAL VIHAR. THINKING IS TO SHARE THE TRUE FACT FOR A BETTER WAY TO DEAL WITH PROBABLY AN INTERNAL MATTER.

Biggest mistake I made to celebrate my husband's birthday at this place. It was ruined by them. Your staff is so rude doesn't know the professional language to talk. Be it your FNB or front ofc. Do not call yourself 5star when you can't match the standards of professionalism and politeness.

We had an excellent stay at the Leela. Overall clean and comfortable, location is very good close to airport and easy to get around Mumbai. Special thanks to Nimisha that took good care of us from before arriving to end of our stay. Breakfast was great.

Staff in buffet was not up to 5 star hotel standard. At times rude, stressed, small things like getting some hot water took a very long time. There is almost no where to put toiletries in the shower, a bigger shelf for this would have been a good idea instead of having to put things on the floor. Prices at the hotel for food and drink is very expensive and not worth the money.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Excellent bathroom. Food very good - I was working so had room service lunch and dinner. Breakfast a good spread. Well located near the airport. All felt very luxurious. Shame I was tired after flight as swimming pool looked so inviting.

Extremely professional, friendly customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. The curtesy car to and from the airport was very welcome. Following checkout, they stored our luggage and allowed us to freshen up before our late night flight home. Restaurant and food choices of an excellent standard, we had a fabulous Italian meal in one of the restaurants, very authentic and great quality. I am definitely a convert to the Leela hotels and wouldn't stay anywhere else whilst in Mumbai.

I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like. 5 stars all the way.

Professional Management & understanding supervisors and staff , duty manager Kusagra knows ow to deal with all the matters to satisfy the guests ,Sandeep willing to assist guests for any information and help required , Citrus manager / supervisor Ajay very service oriented.

Walkways not so clean ,rooms chucked up for a 5 star property

I would like to say a special thanks to the staff- the pool staff, the drivers, the reception staff, the man who brought us an extra bed, room service and, of course, the restaurant (in the morning we got a very large and a delicious breakfast to go for our early flight)
