I have booked an apartment through booking official application and I received the confirmation. However, I got surprised that my booking was canceled due to error in their system and they offered another apartment with lower quality of service and furniture The apartment was in the 2nd floor without an elevator and no one helped me to carry the luggage The same issue was highlighted to booking but unfortunately I didn’t receive any help or respond 😔

Location and staff was very good and everything was comfortable and clean

It's a nice, clean, and quiet place with great facilities.

There was a mistake in the system and we had to stay in an auxiliary facility which is away from the main building for one night. However, on the second night, we got a room that we had booked. It somewhat interfered with our plans, but mistakes happen.

Apartments are very nicely designed with spacious terraces and amazing views! All facilities have been thought through. The staff is very friendly and helpful! I felt very welcome staying here for 7 nights.

wonderful family hotel with amazing nature surrounding.

the apartment clean and have enough space for mentioned persons, the breakfast fine and the playing room for children there very useful for parents and kids, the playground for the children it’s perfect!

there’s no daily clean and there’s even no equipment for self cleaning the apartment this the only thing i didn’t like !!!

Location is absolutly great and we feel there as in our house! Breakfast was excelent. Maracuja exceed my expectation and made my day greater! :-) Perfect hotel also for disable people (on wheelchair)... Many possibilities for children - playground and animals liked our daughter.

Spacious apartment for two people, clean and comfortable beds, balcony with great view of the slopes, all the ammenities, wellness with finish and turkish sauna and a jacuzzi. Ski bus stop outside of the hotel, option to buy ski passes at the hotel.

I chose the place purely for spa (sauna) availability. As I ski most of the day during skiing holidays, everything else is not that important. But the aparthotel Winklwiese was superb in everything, including spa. Rooms were big, bedroom and bathroom perfect, kitchen was nice and useful, spa was excellent (both Finnish and steam sauna are available, jacuzzi pool is big enough, lots of place to chill and relax and you can go outside after sauna), very clean and there were always enough towels. And I even played some ping pong in exercise room. Great thing is also that skibus station is just next corner so I never needed to use my car to get to lifts. Very convenient. Ski depot room is nicely reachable from the street. Also for the end, staff was very nice and accommodating, communication always clear. Rooms were cleaned regularly. Highly recommend.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything you might need when on vacation. The staff was kind. The playing ground had a mini football field - oh, what a pleasure for the kids. In the woods nearby there is a kids playing zone with lots of things to do; also there is Panorama restaurant with great pizza and pasta nearby too thus location wise it proved to be great. Overall, a really great experience for us.

Our stay was great! Our Appartement was very cosy, clean and with everything one needs. Stuff was very nice and welcoming. The playground area perfect for children (and parents) with just an amazing view.

Great place to stay with the whole family (including dogs). Perfect atmosphere, cosy interiors, nice people and beautiful views. Definitely recommend and we will come back for sure!

We really liked our room, it was spacious with a big bathroom and a great kitchen. The staff was absolutely amazing, everyone was really nice and helpful. We loved the location, close to everything you need and there is a ski bus that takes you to Olang 1+2. The wifi was also great.
