Perfect location for access to shops and restaurants
The cooked breakfast was v good however the tinned fruit and lack of yoghurt choice not so good. The staff were very friendly and helpful
The beds were VERY hard resulting in us having to sleep on top of the duvet for comfort. The restaurant and lounge areas are very clinical with little or no ambience perhaps a little tlc needed!

We liked everything about the hotel. The breakfast was lovely, the room and bathroom was great and the staff were really friendly.

The hotel car was full so we had to find parking on the street or pay for the public car park.

The staff was very friendly, the location was amazing right on the areas front. Beautiful bright room with sea views. We had our dog Luna with us and she loved it, very dog friendly hotel
The bed was very uncomfortable, it took a while to fall asleep and woke up with a back ache.

Really good breakfasts in a spacious dining area.
Our small room on the second floor had a very uncomfortable bed, and the inland view was of the back of the hotel and fire escapes!
Unfortunately meals at the hotel were limited, kitchen not open on some days. We ate out.

We had a king size sea view room and it really was spot on, the shower was large, hot and powerful, the duvet like a cloud of comfort and the room was large and well planned out.

Central location on the seafront. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Food was good. Very dog friendly allowing dogs in the bar and restaurants.
Lack of car parking. The public car park opposite is very handy - maybe a residents’ deal with the car park could be considered. Some carpets looked a little tired.

The hotel is family run and really really friendly. wonderful uplifting atmosphere. i have stayed here several times before and the whole experience is very pleasant and positive. unpretentious. good value

Breakfast was delicious and the staff were lovely. Our room had a fanastic view overlooking the sea with a balcony, it was comfortable, clean with plenty of space to relax.
The only downside was a dog in a room nearby that whined and barked.
