Excellent accommodation and super hosts. Very near the sea and quiet location. All information given about the property was honest and helpful. Good value.

Location great 5 mins to centre of town and 2mins to sea front flat had everything thing you need and more

Shower could have been a little bit stronger but that's all I can come up with

Not keen on the lift access. Lift doors were very heavy and didn't work at all if previous users hadn't closed the doors properly

This is our second stay here and we love everything about it. The owners are friendly and welcoming, the apartment is comfortable and clean and has everything you need for a week’s stay. The location is superb. We will definitely be back.

Great location for walking coastal path

This is an absolutely pristine apartment in a great location; in the heart of Sidmouth and just a stone’s throw away from the beach and sea. The hosts Charlotte and Michael provided excellent communication and have equipped the apartment brilliantly; beautifully furnished, spotless throughout and a really well stocked kitchen with all the utensils you could need. We had milk and biscuits waiting for us on arrival which was a lovely touch!

Not a big deal for us but the underground car park is accessed via a tiny lane and once inside the spaces are very tight which could be an issue in the high season if you have a large car.

Only a minor thing but the bathroom blind could do with a pull cord.

The location of the property was perfect, so close to the sea, shops and restaurants. The place is clean and comfortable, felt very safe in the property.

I wouldn’t say it was wheelchair accessible, due to the way the lift works. My husband has to run down a floor to get the lift up to our floor
