La habitación era linda , la piscina. Es tranquilo para ir a descansar
Bueno , al llegar ni siquiera la habitación tenían las toallas, ni cepillo dental , la toallas estaban manchadas . Los camareros son desatentos . , más lo del lobbi. En fin no volvería nunca .

La playa es bellísima y la amabilidad de algunas personas del personal. Los jardines muy bonitos, limpios y cuidados. La comida está bien y variada. Los espectáculos muy bonitos, así también los juegos nocturnos con los niños en el teatro. El escaso personal, en general es amable y hacen todo lo que pueden.
La falta de lugares con sombra en la playa, las palmeras no alcanzan, sobretodo el fin de semana que hay muchísima clientela. La falta del personal en los restaurantes se siente mucho, no alcanzan y a veces es mejor ir uno mismo por los vasos, agua, cubiertos y servilletas. Las mesas no las higienizan después de cada cliente, sólo le quitan las migas y secan manchas de líquido, los manteles individuales están sucios; las mesas con manteles de tela, si se ven sucias del comensal anterior la cambian, sino, si sólo está mojada la dejan así. A las que más le faltan mucha higiene desinfectante, son las mesas del restaurante de la playa Las caracolas, además el personal que atiende ahí las mesas es malhumorado, lento y desatento. Hemos almorzado ahí solamente por la cercanía a la playa. El personal de la barra de bebidas frente al teatro no es amable. Falta personal en el lobby y patio principal para servir los tragos en las mesas.
Todas estas cosas, en general son de fácil solución, y mejorarían muchísimo la calidad del hotel. También faltan muchas zonas de sombra alrededor de las 2 piscinas principales. La pregunta si cumplió mis expectativas el alojamiento, debería tener la opción "no del todo", pues fue así. Cómo dije, aún tienen que trabajar en algunas áreas en particular, pues me gustaría volver si eso sucede.

El lugar está bonito, la comida, las bebidas y la ubicación excelente
El staff, no esperes mucha amabilidad por parte del staff, especialmente de los meseros en las caracolas, todos los días desayunábamos ahí y los mismos meseros parecían estar de malas, hacían cara si les pedíamos algo, lo mismo con algunos bartenders, nada amables y se molestaban si hacíamos algún comentario sobre la bebida.

Me gusto todo en general. Buena variedad en las comidas, buen estado de las piscinas, los restaurantes bien.
Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia y el lugar es recomendable.

The vendors especially the male from Haiti are very aggressive and loud. They are sitting down in groups ON the sunbeds (!!!) or with their phones on speaker (VERY annoying) in the first sunbed row in the best sunchairs (best views) under the palmtrees in the shadow. Security doesn't do anything. If you, as paying guest, want to have the sunbed as its the best view they call you a racist as they are mainly black which has nothing to do with it. Flying 10 hours to see the beach is the goal of a beach holiday and it is definitly not the goal to have the vendors in front or next to you and hearing their screeming and phones. It also happened that they don't keep any disctance and just sit 20 cm next to you under the same palm tree in a group in the shadow. Who wants that as a tourist??? Privacy??? Security doesn't do anything. But when you as a hotel guest from another hotel walk to close to another hotels' beach you get kicked out by their security immediatly. Isn't that inequality? Also the security as well as life guards rather listen to movies or loud music than being quiet and doing their job. Furthermore, they are annoyingly talking to you and don't just let you be. It is none of their business why a woman is single and doesnt have kids.
Anyhow some ideas:
Hotel management should install an area for breaks behind or next to the beach in the shadow where the vendors can rest and don't distrub anyone with their noise. There should be an education training through management on how to interact with European tourists especially that the men group themselves around single ladies, ask rude questions or disturb.
Also security doesn't do anything when people complain about this or when people complain that other people are abusing the diamond area.
In the pool there are many domenicans wearing unhygenic street clothes instead of proper beach wear. Quite disgusting as well. They enter without even showering the inappropriate clothes.

The resort is very clean. The beach is beautiful.
We had an issue with the air conditioning caused by the employee who set it too low at our arrival, the AC unit kept working and stopped on the third day and leaked water all over the wall and the floors. It was finally fixed but needed multiple calls. The maintenance staff needs to communicate better.

Nothing. The worst customer service in the entire world. AC, food, room, service really sick to my stomach.

After the mishap with my room they gave us VIP access for the next day.
The AC in my first room did not work and had to spend a good part of the day waiting for it to be fixed, they couldn't fix it and had to sleep my first night with out AC. Got another room the next day at 2 PM.
The waiting lines for the restaurants were long.
Most of the times couldn't get towels because they ran out.
Alcohol is terrible, only good with VIP access.

The place was clean, the pools and the Beach are beautiful and night show were fun and the staff was polite.
Doesn't have a lot of entertainment options beside the pool, the buffet is kind of slow so it doesn't have a lot of options.

lots of seaweed on the beach that souls be cleaned by staff. no English speaking staff. buffet mostly was not very good. hard to get tables and resort restaurants. cleaning staff forgot to bring towel one time. reserved area for club members it was annoying and stupid idea. old gym and spa they could be renovated

Good choices for food.
Nice beach, although quite windy and the sea is too rough for my liking.
My biggest gripe is that virtually all staff were looking miserable, tired and overworked. They act as if they are annoyed with the tourists for their boundless eating and drinking ways.
The cleaning staff repeatedly tried to barge into my room at 8:30 in the morning. For god's sake - I am on holiday! Leave me alone!.
Also, many staff do not speak English. That was a disappointment.
On arrival: nobody tells you anything about the hotel and its facilities; they just hand you a leaflet and that's your lot.
All pools are extra shallow, not designed for adults.
To be honest, I would rather pay extra and stay in a better friendlier place next time.

everything. please avoid and don’t waste your money or time here. guests were constantly complaining to reception (who are useless) I have never wrote a negative review but I don’t want other people to go through what we had to. 2 hours to check in as bedroom had leaking roof. man who checked us in was creepy and talked us into tipping him to give us a better room. customer service worst I’ve ever had. staff were miserable and constantly rolled eyes if you ever asked for anything (e.g mug for coffee). hotel is dirty and the bedroom gave me a chesty cough. food is bland and restaurants on site are terrible. I would stay in a hotel instead of this hotel.
