Bardzo dobry hotel: przestronny czteroosobowy rodzinny pokój, czysto, wygodne łóżka, udogodnienia: wi-fi, tv, winda, kosmetyki w łazience. Dobra lokalizacja - ok. 15 min. od starego miasta. Smaczne śniadania z szerokim wyborem produktów. Miła obsługa.

Brak kabiny prysznicowej, słaba klimatyzacja, ogólnie widać, że hotel ma kilka lat bez większych odświeżeń.

Very conveniently located for 2 shopping malls, airport, main train station and old town. Excellent rooms and facilities, and largest breakfast buffet choice I have seen.

I have stayed in the City Hotel over 10 times. It has very good links to the public transport network. For example the 52 bus which stops outside the hotel, goes to the zoo and botanical gardens.

The property location is OK. However, the hotel parking is terrible. no space for my car in front of the hotel because the city taxis occupy the hotel parking lot. The hotel renting the public parking lot for hotel’s guests. The signs to get to this parking is misleading, you do not have anyone to ask. The parking lot is scary for a woman to be there.

Kudos to the staff for including vegan options during breakfast. In addition, you are told that you only need to ask for hot vegan meal.
The hotel also hosts parties so can be that the some areas are closed or the lobby gets crowded.

Excellent location - walking distance to the town and 10 mins taxi to the airport (25zl). Hotel was very clean and the staff were wonderful, very friendly welcoming and helpful. Nice touches in the room with slippers, a shoe horn, hairdryer and ... A bath!
We ate dinner at the restaurant: compliments to the chef for their excellent cooking skills. The highlight of the stay definitely was the breakfast buffet - something for everyone and it was all fresh and varied.
Toilet bowl was a little stained but it was clean and not an issue.

The included breakfast was fabulous, smoothies, hummus, pancakes, sauces, salads, vegetables, cheeses, everything you could desire.
The room was good, a bit outdated, the carpet seemed not perfectly clean.
