Beach, spacious room

Everything is very old, not very clean. They also request you to provide quite a significant deposit along with payment for the room when you stay. if you use a debit card, they can only give you back the deposit in cash, which is weird if you go straight to the airport after the stay.

the hotel is at run down state. will need a refurbishment. w/c can’t flush properly. rooms are dirty and dusty.

The staff very friendly and nice, nice view

The aircon not cold at all, feel so difficult bring baby together, luckily I bring my own fam for baby, the room to far need to bring baby stroller up and down, the baby cot cost rm80 but too old and some part even broken, the light in room not enough make the room clear enough, the kettle look a bit dirty

Everything here except for the food.

Food is pricy yet it doesnt meet my expectation. - limited choice for buffet dinner (rice, ayam masak merah, udang masak telur masin, sayur masak lemak, and assorted desserts and breads, drink is just air sirap and lemon detox water). Taste was just fair, cant say delicious. Quite disappointing especially when there's no other restaurants available around. - breakfast was slightly better with more choices.

Beautiful scenery, very friendly, helpful staff, proximity to cultural village and loved the themed rooms.

There seemed to be limited transport options into Kaching.

1. Many hidden charges. An additional RM10 is required in order for the kid to get her towel although the room mentioned 2 adults+kid but the staff can't even give an extra towel for the kid upon request. 2. Restaurant hygienic. Some food or sliced bread uncovered and exposed to flies.

The staffs were great and friendly.

The 2 adults policy per room which is ridiculous. I spent almost RM1000 just because we had to get another room since we had 4 friends around. With the same amount of money, we would’ve been able to book 5 star hotel’s suites.

Pros: The view from the front row B Suite is excellent. One of the best hotel views I have seen and exceeded my expectation. Room is large and comfortable. Environment is serene and relaxing. Transport within the hotel compound is very efficient. Staff are polite and helpful.

Cons: Hotel facilities not well maintained. Shower, bathtub, old fashioned and not functioning properly. Gym facilities few and worn out. Telephone not working. Some staff not proficient in English. Breakfast choices are limited and below standard.

we just comfirm that the chalet isit available for 4 person then when we arrived them say the 4 persons another 2 is below 12years old and charge us Rm 150per person！
