L'albergo si trova in grazioso paese poco distante da Rovereto. E' ideale se si viaggia in macchina perche' a breve distanza ci sono molte attrazioni turistiche. Vicino all'albergo ci sono poi delle pizzerie - ristorante, noi ne abbiamo provate due e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Per quanto riguarda l'albergo quello che mi e' piaciuto di piu' e' stata la colazione. Molto varia e di qualita' con possibilita' sia di dolce che di salato. Nota per me importantissima hanno grande attenzione alle persone con intolleranza al lattosio. Hanno non solo prodotti vari, quali yogurt di soia o latte di riso, soia, avena etc, ma preparano anche delle torte senza lattosio!

Il bagno era veramente un po' piccolo e senza riscaldamento quindi per avere al suo interno una buona temperatura era necessario lasciare aperta la porta del bagno.

Pulizia, cortesia , gentilezza ed un panorama fantastico. Dovessi ritornare in zona farei sicuramente riferimento nuovamente a questa struttura e al suo gentilissimo staff.

Il letto molto comodo, la vista sul castello sopra la montagna, le decorazioni e molto oggetti antichi, si respirava l'aria del medioevo.,Colazione abbondante, si aveva l'imbarazzo della scelta. Il personale molto cordiale

The first thing I must say is that the staff at this hotel were faultless and went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. The moment you arrive, you really feel welcomed. We came with our dog and he loved it there too. The breakfast was also excellent and the breakfast staff were especially friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit of a game every day but we always found a parking spot somewhere at the hotel. The rooms are secure and super clean and they are quite spacious too with comfy beds. The village of Calliano itself is also quite charming and its inhabitants are super friendly too. The pool is also a bonus. The garden was under maintenance when we were there so we didn't get to see that, unfortunately. Check in and check out was smooth. Very close to all the lakes in the Garda area. All in all, I can't really find any faults with this place except for one (in the negative section regarding the hotel) and another one (about the surrounding eateries) but even these are minor points.

The restaurants nearby (Jolly and Dovial) are good spots to eat at but they have a lot of work to do on their service levels because it was not up to scratch (nothing to do with the hotel, of course). The rooms could have had a clothes line or hanger to dry out our towels and clothes but they did not so maybe this is just something to think about for others in the future.

We had only an overnight stay on our way to south. Check in was fast, room was prepared in advance, no waiting. Breakfast is included and nice. Small issues with heating in the room were fixed by the stuff in matter of few minutes after request. Good work!

Not the host's or hotel issue, but there are not many places around to go for dinner, same as that's not a tourist place where those are open through the day. That's a minor stuff, but if traveling with kids, just keep that in mind to solve in advance.

Upon arrival, bathroom smelled like cigarettes Lots of cheap perfume smell in the room, probably because of carpets? You can hear everything, but the bus of people were calm in the end and I slept perfectly. You have to call reception to switch off the heating (?) upon arrival it was like 30 degrees Celsius Very weird kitchy decorations, but it made the hotel exceptional in its own right.

Hospitality cleanliness comfort value for money location Sabrina is a super host, she sent us a video showing how to check in because we were arrived late. The room and the bathroom was immaculate & you couldn’t be more comfortable. We forgot to pay city tax hence we left very early and Sabrina was very accommodating. Didn’t stay for breakfast but assumed it was excellent too. would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely come back again. Thank you Sabrina

Staff is great! They speak German, Italian, English, Spanish... Breakfast was delicious! Good bed, good room size. Pool was great!

My room did not have a shower, just a bathtub...

The breakfast was very good. Everyone from the staff was incredibly kind. The parking situation was good and they have a pool.

There was a used cigarette in an ashtray in our room although I explicitly ordered a non-smoking room, the carpet walls are very bad for allergies, no moscito nets in the windows so that we had tons of moscitos in our room
