The manager of the bar and waiters gave the best service…we’re polite and professional

Beach is private, huge territory and you can always find free good spot. There is "party" and "calm" zones. Also zone 16+ and zone for family with kids. Everything is "free" (all inclusive) on a beach. Like good quality top champagne and wines, smoothies, coffee, fresh juices and good strong liquors :) For kids - juice / hot chocolate / milk and other tasty drinks :) There is even a "beach battler" who os walking around and clean your glasses for free.

If your kids go to bed early, ask quiet room or villa.

Absolutely Superb hotel that definitely embodies its 5 star rating , super luxurious with superb amenities

Firstly although there was nothing on there terms and conditions when we booked they tried to take a £750 deposit when we checked in , Which is strange given that its ultra inclusive . This took over 2 hrs to sort out !! which we were made to wait in the lobby so beware that you will need a card on check in which we did not have Staff in general were very helpful and very polite . This cant be said about the reception staff who all looked miserable and like they didnt want to be there , This let down the hotel somewhat and not what you expect for a 5 star hotel

Some constant ongoing issue with not providing daily hair conditioner and body lotion I had to request it additionally - shouldn’t happen in a five star hotel especially for the price they charge Absolutely terrible shower gel and shampoo with extremely unpleasant smell - doesn’t do good for the hotel reputation either I had to buy my own shampoo and shower gel as it was impossible to use theirs - shame for 5 star hotel Reception staff is not very helpful Concierge quite rude

failed to book directly with hotel due to the reason that I am solo traveller. that’s a huge discrimination.

Wherever your eye lands, it's green or blue! The perfect setting to restore your peace as you chill by the pool, the beach, the bar, ... countless options for you to pick from. The food at the Olive restaurant is exquisite, every day a different theme. Macaron Patisserie and Nazar are a must-try as well. The kiosks by the beach, the à la carte restaurants... plenty of options. The pools and the slides will keep your kids active and happy as you sunbath or swim right next to them. The chuckles kids club will have your stamp of approval as soon as you step in (specially if you're over cautious like us) safe place with smiley helpful monitors and amazing management reception giving you the full overview of everything you need to know even before you ask, Darina you're a star! My kid had the time of his life! he made friends as well. The team was super nice and they sent me photos throughout the day too. the activities are diversified keeping the kids happy to return the second day and giving the parents a free day or 2 to relax as well, they stay until midnight. The events take place at 20:45 (for the kids - if they are at chuckles they come and go with the club until you pick them up) and the second one which is a must that you don't miss a night at 21:45! during our 4 nights stay we attended the Wonderland, Shaman, Latino Party (by the beach!!), and Flirt. I can't even decide which was the best of them, this is how all of them was amazingly prepared, a top notch entertainment. The live music by the green bar terrace offers such a lively way to end the night, or you can head to the palm beach club for the midnight Dj performances. Reception: If it's your first time, the lobby will mesmarize you! then comes the flowers bouquet, the champagne, the strawberry dipped chocolates! and the super helpful Onur! Onur went above and beyond to assist us with his never ending positive energy!

Villa was amazing!! Very private, with the heating on terrace and lots of facilities. Food was also on top level! Bars, restaurants, shows and the beach was on very good. We stayed in Antalya in many hotels, and I think we will definitely will come back to this hotel again.

STAFF. Staff was a bit weird. It seems like most of the staff didn't know anything about the hotel and activities. When you ask them if they can let you play volleyball or to do some other activity - they immediately start to call to a manager, asking - how can they do it. But in any case, it was bad, it's just weird. CLEANING. Sometimes, they also forget to clean the room properly and can even leave some food peaces on the floor. Which is also weird, for that price. SPA. Massage was good. But don't expect much from a SPA it self. There is no indoor pools and, waterfalls and some interesting saunas/hammams. Just one small sauna and one small hammam. Changing rooms in it are also tiny. Taking into a count size of the hotel - it's just ridiculous. SPA looks more like in a 4 star hotel in a small European village.
