amidst Nature, staff was very friendly, food was good, owner was too friendly as well, we loved their pets too..they were like a family for that short time we stayed

No electricity, lots of spiders.

The staff were awesome, very approachable and always available to help. Mr. Tamang guided us all throughout the way to reach the Farmhouse and taught the culture of local people. He was extremely patient answering our questions and providing the best possible services. We also liked the dogs, they accompanied us almost everywhere starting from reaching the farmhouse to exploring the waterfall. We had a wonderful time over there.

Only a couple of things that is probably not in control of Mr. Tamang and his staff. The power shut down and there was no water in the bathroom for a while. But the staff were excellent providing buckets of water. One constructive feedback- presence of a mini closet or almirah in the rooms might make it easier to keep the clothes.

Absolute calm and quiet. It’s best for those who love peace and serenity. just forget everything else and relax when you’re here. Navin, though being not there, was superbly managing and attending every raised concern remotely. Hats off to you bro.Keep up the good job.

The only drawback about this place is it’s location. it is located quite far and down the hill from Darjeeling. Someone can’t think of shopping or anything else once they come down to this place. Again one needs to walk down the hill after getting out of car to reach their room.

The ambience

Navin ji and his staff were extremely hospitable. The food was simple and great. Vegetarian options were also very tasty and healthy. I got to know a lot about farming and tea from Navin ji as he is very knowledgeable. The river trek was also amazing.
