Self catering in a perfect location close to town but just far enough away for peace and quiet

They have thought of everything! Apartments were a good size, clean, extremely warm and cosy. Sauna was fantastic. Free WiFi, fire in the cabin, warming cabinet, dishwasher, washing machine. The wood storage area at our front door had sleds for the children. Close to supermarket and a fews minutes to zero point. Kids could play in the snow outside our door.

well equipped with everything we needed. stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. good size and layout. supermarket just across the road.

a bit of a walk to zero point especially with ski gear. we choose to rent lockers for storage instead of lugging it back and forth.

Excellent apartment - second visit & will deffunately be v Back. Great for families and lovely welcoming staff. Close to the center & shops. Very good value for money

Location, perfect to stay as a family at the cabins

A surprise was that it cost almost as much for linens as the rentalprice. Cleaning the same. Will not book these cabins again. The extra costs was not information you got at booking.

Perfect location closer to ski resort and city centre.

Accomodation is nice and comfortable. It is well equiped and perfect for staying in Levi. We would stay longer if we wouldn't have to go back to work :D

The only thing we didn't like is that you have to pay extra for bedlinen and towels (10€/per person). What is more; the cleaning fee is 60€ which is in our opinion little bit too much.

The night we stayed we asked them for recommendations and the girl at the front desk helped us suggesting many different things. The location was great and they even sent us a SMS to let us know that northern lights were going on at the moment! It was really nice from them :)

Great space for families to relax and have a home away from home. Loved the entrance for storing ski gear and the drying cupboard. Family also loved the sauna.

The non refundable element of the accommodation price especially with the current climate.

The location is very good, 400m from the slopes and the high street with shops and restaurants. There is a supermarket 90m from the apartments. The sauna works well and is a real pleasure when you’re back from the cold.

The Wi-Fi doesn’t work/ very slow and we had to use our mobile data throughput the stay. There is a 14€ per person charge for towels and linen (sheets) which we did not appreciate as these are basic elements you would expect to find on holiday accommodations. The final cleaning is also not included in the price of the apartment so it’s either you clean after yourself or you pay an additional charge. The bed is very uncomfortable and dangerous as the bunk bed below barely has space for one to get up without banging against the top. The mattress didn’t seem very clean and we could see dust and dirt on the sides.

Good conversation through booking messaging system and so felt reassured before our trip, were advised we would get a sms with code and number instructions.

plane landed early and so were en-route to resort without SMS giving instructions of how to get it, called reception and this was quickly resolved
