Het personeel is echt geweldig! Onze huurauto ging op het laatste moment niet door en ze hebben zo goed geholpen om ons nog in Skjervoy te krijgen! Geweldige service, hele lieve mensen! De locatie is gewoon prachtig. Fantastisch uitzicht en recht voor de ferry.
Het enige wat ik kan noemen is dat de oprit en het trappetje om bij de ingang te komen, flink glad was. En er werd direct naast onze hotelkamer aan de buitenkant geklust, dus dat was wat luid, maar gelukkig alleen overdag een paar uurtjes. De meeste mensen zullen dan op pad zijn.

Tolle Unterkunft, mit super schöner Aussicht! Bequeme Betten, fantastischer Wasserdruck, nur das Badezimmer könnte eine Renovierung vertragen.. aber es war alles sauber!

Das Hotel hat eine klasse Lage. Vom Schnellboot im Hafen aus braucht man quasi nur über einen Parkplatz, um zum Hotel zu gelangen.
Wir hatten dies gebucht, um am Whalewatching teilzunehmen. Der Anbieter unserer Tour hat seinen Sitz direkt im Hotel.
Wir hatten an sich nichts auszusetzen. Alles sauber, wirklich top. Das große aber waren für uns die Betten. Viel zu weich. Man sinkt richtig ein.

Location was great
Expensive for what you get. Room and especially toilet room not kept clean. There is not many places to go in Skjervoy so the hotel doesn’t have to try very hard to please customers. One member of staff was extremely helpful but the rest were not as helpful. It wasn’t easy getting help at reception with queries.

Was a perfect stay with such a good breakfast choice. Best beds we ever slept in. Was just a challenge to drive there but overall worth it. Beautiful place to visit.

Skjervøy is a special island, a little niche of gentle nature in a challenging environment. The hotel is a good resting place with nice views, food aplenty and newly renovated rooms.

The room was confortable. The view from the hotel common room, and the location near the ferry. Dinner options were very good.
The bathroom would get very humid and wet after a shower and it took forever to dry. Bed were maybe too soft.

We asked for a baby crib which was provided for free. It did not have a matress though - was too stiff for a baby to sleep in it. She sleot with us - it was no problem -our bed was spacious and very comfortable. They should get a baby matress though

The owner went out of her way to help us after the rental car company forgot to get us a car we had reserved. One of the friendliest, most helpful person I have met. And the nature of Skjervoy is amazing!
More rooms could have views.

The location was excellent. Hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating

I think the hotel does not show the value for money. Rooms are old, not that clean. In the morning when I tried to go to the ferry station, I have realized that the elevators were not working! I had to carry my luggage. I think this hotel needs to improve themselves.

Good location near the high street and next to the Whale Watching office

The view from breakfast/restaurant is just gorgeous and breathtaking.
We liked a lot the politness and cordiality in all aspects of our stay. The food at the restaurant was just amazing, as all the people working at the hotel.
We felt really cuddled and welcomed!
We will be back for sure
The bed was a little bit too soft.
There was also an hair on a towel, but we didnt mention to the hotel since we had 3 more towels to use.
