I like the Way staff treated us

Room was not spacious

Hotel wise it was good. If you want to stay away from the crowd then you can select this property.

1. The first day they provided a complimentary 1L water bottle but the next day they were not provided. As per hotel policy they are supposed to provide 1L water bottle per day. 2. Ventilation missing in the room.

Facilities and location

Excellent behaviour from the receptionist nd from Mr Douglas.. staffs were efficient and cooperative.. Good area to park your car, hardly 500m from centre of town and value for money stay

The bed was comfortable. The staff brought hot water to my room when i was vomiting violently.

- health faucet had a laughably lower pressure and toilet paper wasn't provided knowing it was low pressure - each night, we were “entertained” with louder than life music from the larger then life speakers nextdoor. -the manager pestered us both the day before and day of our checkout to write a review. He even chased us to the street to mention that he couldnt find our review online.
