The Owner,the General Manager, the Duty manager , the service staff ,the gardeners,the security are great helpful human beings !

Small details such as jammed windows or toilet doors needing a push and curtain dark blinds without draw strings thus necessitating every time the assistance of a service attendant to draw up or draw down the blind .

The rooms are clean and the hotel is close to shoping mall,restaurant and metro

Breakfast was ok not so good. No hot water in room. Even after filling 10 buckets of water.

reception people and hotel all staff was really good.

room were not cleaned. even housekeeping people don’t know that how to clean the room. they only clean the bedsheet and table not the full room. I am 100% sure that they haven’t done the deep cleaning since last 5-6 months .

The staff were excellent in helping and also in behaviour. The room service was very good. The breakfast was extremely good. The arrangement of indoor plant was very good. The supply of tea and coffee inside the room tea station was adequate. Over all good experience. The AC of the room was also very good but the remote of AC was working well.

The quality of tumbler glass was very poor.Regular cleaning of rooms and bathrooms were not done. The quality of bed and pillow was not up to the mark. TV viewing experience was extremely bad. The exhaust in the bathroom was very very poor. It was not working. The taps of the bathroom were choked. The full size mirror of the room was broken. The TV was not showing HD channels and also most of the good channels were blocked due to payments or subscription issues. The sofa in the room was very very dirty and spots of oils could be seen all over. We could not sit on sofa at all.

Hotel is ok near to mg road metro station.

Need little more work on cleaness.
