It was okay for the price

There were no towels in the room

The staff was great and very attentive. They have elevators that work which is good. The location is really good, lots to see and good restaurants. Pharmacies. Money exchange. For additional cost you can get breakfast included, 3 small hotcakes and fruit which was OK.

The Wi-Fi connection wasn't great and the beds weren't the most comfortable either, no hair dryer available. Booked a double room since I'm traveling with family, they gave 2 towels only, have to request additional towels and when they did room service they forgot the additional towels. No hand towels provided either.

The facilities are clean & well maintained. The bed was spacious, with a comfortable bed & a window that opened, The TV reception was good.

The ‘restaurant’ was only open for breakfast. The 100 peso breakfast - the only thing available, is a cheap Mexican meal best avoided unless you’re a low-income Mexican & this is what you’re used to.
