Too much for two persons. Very nice yogurt with jam and crunch. We’d rather have two small juice of each instead of two big ones

I couldn’t get any cappuccino around 20:00 because the machine was already cleaned. Bad service because it closes at 21:00. No garbage bin in the room. The general room was almost always empty. Like there were no guests at all.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and super helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

They forgot to fill in the soap dispenser in my room.

There are several bars nearby so it can be very noisy in the evening. Not a problem for anyone who likes the night life but we prefer earlier nights. As it was very hot weather they were very busy, we had to close window

The hotel was spotless clean, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the location is a close walk to the train station. It's a nice area if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam

Poor room lighting made for making up for women difficult. Spare blanket should be available for older customers feeling cold at night.

Airy room, comfy bed, close to the station, old town and lovely setting on a canal. Staff were friendly and helpful. nice toiletries in the bathroom. The room had a blackout blind and was quiet at night and we slept really well.

Minor point as it was really good but the room wasn’t cleaned each day and we didn’t have a bin (other than tiny bathroom bin).

Breakfast was a set menu, and too much for us. We don't eat much.

Location, history of the hotel, location to parking was excellent!

Lighting in bathrooms was not good for putting on makeup. Too light. Took some getting used to slanted ceiling. Hit our heads a few times. Clean enough, but not detailed cleaning of floors.

Nice new hotel in the edge of a historical centre with magic atmosphere. Supporting fair trade tea production. The offered tea was very tasty. Parking is close to the hotel in a paid parkhouse.

Very good location near center of Leiden. Public parking garage nearby within few min. walking distance. Despite central location quiet room. Reasonably spacious clean rooms.

An excellent central location, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Also a very convenient carpark across the road.

Nothing not to like.

I really liked the hotel and the staff were very friendly and nice and they upgraded us for free due to low occupancy and it was really close to the nicest bits of Leiden and also the station so all in all it was very good and the beds were nice.

Bath in the room - however no product to put in it.

The shower wash was completely empty. No bath product/s. No phone to contact. reception. On check in the person on reception was on the phone and completely ignored us - like we weren't there. Kept talking for around 5 mins. Unacceptable. Could have have acknowledged us at least to sit down or wait / apologise or something - no, completely ignored us

Unique hotel in a historic location. A lot of thought went into the redevelopment of the old military kazerne. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
