Bar below the room caused quite some noise.

Great view from my window, frequent and thorough cleaning of my spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent location for walks in the old town but still close to the station.

The internet connection was not always strong enough for Zoom meetings. A hairdryer in the room would have been useful. Some of the broken tiles in the bathroom should be replaced.

Could t figure out how to drain the bathtub. Sink fosset is broken, only had hot water

The price is way too high for what is offered, the wifi only worked in one specific spot in the bathroom and the room was freezing cold with no way to turn up the heat.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, and it's a well-maintained old building. The rooms were clean.

Wifi/internet connection Although they provided a good speed internet in the lobby, the signal was too weak in my room (2nd floor)

The location, it was close to all the sights I wanted to see. Room was comfortable with coffee making facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was not offering breakfast, however being November there were very few guests in the hotel. There were plenty of cafes nearby where you could get breakfast.

I would say fair, but everything in Leiden seems expensive. And for the quality offered I think it is expensive. In Turin a 3 star hotel costs less and offers definitely more. Location was great; room was very large and clean; you get to keep the key since after a certain time nobody is attending the desk. But the facility is a little bit too 'family managed'. Stairs had no light; no electric socket in the bathroom; no elevator and steep stairs; you need to go out on the roof to go to the rooms. So... a bit too 'fancy' for the price, in my opinion.

The price for the offered service ( I wouldn't expect more than 65-70 euros for such an place). Staff is hardly present. Amenities were very limited.
