FIRST OF ALL I PAID A £500 DEPOSIT WHITCH I THOUGHT WAS WRONG. AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT BACK AS OF YET??? I STAYED THERE 1 WEEK AGO. SECOND OF ALL COULDN'T FIND THE PROPERTY OR KEY. THIRD OF ALL MY BED WAS BROKEN AND UNCOMFORTABLE. FORTH OF ALL THE PLACE WAS REALLY DIRTY. FIFTH OF ALL THE TV WASN'T WORKING. NOW WHY ARE YE CHARGING SO MUCH FOR THIS PROPERTY AND WHY ARE YE CHARGING A DEPOSIT IF IT'S NOT PERFECT AND TO A HIGH STANDARD??

Good location near the city center. Comfortable and cosy 👍🏻

The long stairs as the flat in the first floor.

Property has a good location and spacious kitchen and living room. The washing machine is also handy.

Windows require repairs, and there are no side tables in one of the two rooms.

The process to complete the booking is very hard, in Leicester Showcase apartments is my prefernce if not for the difficult booking confirmation process i have to go thrrough ...this property rest is all fair.

Apartment had everything you need and only a 5 min walk from the main town centre. Lots of places to visit and pubs nearby

Everything was excellent

Heating switches off after three hrs. No heating or hot water on arrival and minus 3 outside. Bed broke and blind broke. Went for business purposes this is more of a student apartment

Lovely spacious apartment.

The heating didn't work and couldn't be fixed. Took ages to sort out and in the end had to move to a different accommodation at 10:30 at night. It would be nice if the heating was switched on in time for guest arrivals as it was freezing cold in the apartment, this way they would have known in advance it wasn't working. The accommodation they moved me to was quite sparse in the bedrooms and they didn't even pay for my taxi transfer! Won't use again I'm afraid.
