Было холодно, несмотря на работающий кондиционер. Стеклянная шторка душа не закрывалась, поэтому вода попадала на пол. В номере сумрачно. Девушка с ресепшен пришла и открыла пансион только после моего звонка в Booking.com , хотя я приехал за 5 минут до окончания времени заселения. Позвонить мне и уточнить, когда я приеду она не соизволила.

You have pretty much everything you need in the room. You also get a ticket for a free sunbed and free breakfast at Afrodite Beach in Metaponto.
The reception is near the rooms and as italian love to speak loud, you ll probably wake up at 8-9 o clock, because there are people checking out. But apart from that everything was fine.

The owner was very kind and professional, he even helped us find a place to dine near Metaponto, because all the restaurants near the sea were already closed for the season.
The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and the bed very comfortable.
Perhaps just the breakfast, which is provided by a nearby bar, and is just coffee and pastry, no choice of other items.
But for the price we paid, it was ok.

The room with bathroom were nice, clean, with a comfy bed and large shower.
We received quite little, if any information about the beach and had to figure out how to get there on our own.
Shower was leaking, so we had our little pool on the floor after.

Location was clean, easy to reach, spacious. I was expecting something more modest, it was better than I thought. We had the nice bonus that in the room rate was included also axcess to a beach with all facilities (normally you pay to get in). That was unexpected and very nice. Host was friendly and accomodating.
I liked everything, actually, Great value for money. The location is in a suburb, but it was explained to us that Metaponto town does not exist really, only the amazing promenade.

There was incredibly cold in my room, outside the temperature slightly over zero, and the window was open! Air Conditioning could not heat the room. Moreover, wash basin was stuck And full of water.
