4BR house in University District With AC!
Ya sea que traiga a toda su familia a un juego de Griz o que venga con amigos a un concierto en el Wilma, nos encantaría hospedar a su grupo en nuestra casa recientemente renovada de 4 dormitorios a pocas cuadras de la Universidad de Montana.
Habitaciones: hay tres habitaciones con camas tamaño queen y una habitación con dos camas individuales. Las cinco camas son verdaderas (sin sofás o futones extraíbles) con colchones híbridos de felpa y sábanas de algodón fresco. Cada habitación está impecablemente amueblada con una decoración nueva y moderna y toques locales de Montana.
Sala de estar: habitación espaciosa con amplios asientos y toneladas de luz natural desde el ventanal que da a nuestra tranquila calle arbolada en el corazón del distrito universitario. Mire sus programas favoritos en nuestra nueva televisión de 55 pulgadas habilitada para Roku o noche de juegos de host utilizando nuestra floreciente colección de juegos de mesa.
Cocina y comedor: nuestra cocina ha sido recientemente renovada y totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito, un nuevo refrigerador Frigidaire y horno GE, utensilios de cocina Cuisinart de acero inoxidable, utensilios de cocina OXO y juegos completos de vajillas, utensilios y platos para servir. Nuestra mesa de comedor antigua bellamente hecha a mano tiene capacidad para 6, pero se extiende fácilmente hasta el asiento 8.
Otras habitaciones: La casa tiene dos baños completos, ambos con duchas de azulejos del metro y uno con bañera de hierro fundido. Le invitamos a usar la nueva lavadora / secadora en el sótano, y hay wifi de alta velocidad en la casa. Compartimos un camino de entrada para estacionamiento fuera de la calle, aunque hay un amplio estacionamiento en la calle y no se requiere permiso.
Ubicación: Nuestra casa está perfectamente ubicada a solo 3 cuadras del campus universitario y a 10 minutos a pie del Teatro Roxy, Big Dipper Ice Cream, Caffe Dolce y Grizzly Grocery. Está a 15 minutos a pie del Parque Wilma y Caras y a 20 minutos a pie del Museo de Arte de Missoula, la Biblioteca Pública de Missoula y la variedad de otros restaurantes y bares del centro.

We were pleased with our stay at the house in the University District. The amenities were very sufficient and the house was cute.
The landscaping could use an overhaul and the air conditioning made the downstairs bedrooms were really cold while the upstairs quite warm, but overall, our stay was great.

Everything was great except some cleanliness issues. There was hair in the tub drain, the fridge had sticky stuff on the shelves, lots of dust and easily seen under sofa and other places. Other than that, it was super comfortable, well stocked kitchen, great location.

This house is not good for elderly people or people with medical issues. The stairs are step and hard to take suit cases up. There are no beds on the main floor. Defiantly not kid friendly. Location is good if you want to party with college kids but not if your trying to sleep.

The location of the house is so convenient! Short walk to campus & the football stadium - longer but easy walk to downtown / restaurants. The beds were SO comfy! We hope to be able to stay here on a future Missoula trip.

This property was a great addition to our University of Montana football weekend. Short walk to campus and house was very accommodating. Nice and clean. Will stay here again!

All in all good. Couple of things to fix for your next visitors: oil door hinges because they really squeak upstairs, replace light bulb outside front door, we replaced tv remote batteries so be sure there are more extras. I think an extra lamp and maybe side tables in living room are needed. Just having the big overhead light doesn’t make the place very warm and cozy.

Great location, but…
The neighborhood and location were great. The kitchen and size was fine for our group of 2 married couples and one single adult.
The house is air conditioned, but the upstairs bedrooms were poorly ventilated in this system, and so the bedrooms got uncomfortably warm in during these summer evenings after highs in the 90’s all day. Fans were provided, but the windows were partially screened, so you could not take advantage of the cooler nights to cool that floor off. On the other hand, the basement BR’s were very cool and required blankets if you set the main floor thermostat to 69 (hoping to cool the upper bedrooms some) since the AC struggled to even keep that floor cool also.
An upstairs bedroom closet has a very noxious odor (Pet urine, perhaps?). A baking soda box was placed in the closet, but that is not doing the trick. Needless to say, nights in that room were difficult.
The house would be more comfortable in the cooler seasons.

Terrific location, walkable to downtown and university
House was clean and very functional with a well-equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms on second floor and two in basement level and beds were comfortable, and plenty of linens were provided. When the air conditioning was on, the main and upper levels were comfortable, but the basement was very cold. Without a bathroom or bedroom on the main floor I wouldn't recommend for guests with mobility challenges, but it worked great for us. We had no issues with the on-street parking, and could use the driveway and side door for loading and unloading. We loved the location and being able to walk to all the great restaurants, shops and entertainment resources Missoula has to offer.

Nice with a few reservations
The house is cute and well situated. It’s a bit more of a hike into town than we expected, but it’s a nice walk and very doable. Great neighborhood. Beds are very comfortable, plenty of towels and blankets in the house The two lower level bedrooms are actually in the basement which we weren’t clear on from the description. The rooms were bright so that helped, but they were pretty chilly when the AC was on to cool the upper floors.

This home was great! The fam was in town to visit our UM student. House was very clean and in the university district! It was great to walk around the neighborhood and short walk to campus. All communication was fast and easy. Would highly recommend.

Charming Home!
This charming home was perfect for our family. Walking distance to the Adam's Center for basketball games. Fully equipped kitchen, great family gathering area and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms.

Senior weekend
The house was great! The only negative was there weren’t enough towels. There were four downstairs and I believe four upstairs and we had 8 adults and a baby. Women need at least two towels. I’m just saying!😂
The other thing to be aware of is there is no bathroom on the main floor. My 80 year old mom managed but it’s just something to be aware of if you have older people in your group.
The owner/operator was great to work with and we really enjoyed our time there.

Great University Location
We were in town for our son’s graduation from UM. The house is minutes from campus. Street is beautifully tree lined. The house had everything we needed to support our stay. Beds were very comfortable and linens fresh and warm. Wish we would had found this house on our many other stays in town. You won’t be disappointed.

Great property, quiet neighborhood. House is thoughtfully stocked and designed. It got a little warm upstairs at night,but it cooled off nicely by morning. Kids loved the basement space and I appreciated the washer/dryer. Thanks for the house!

Convenient Location by U of M
We enjoyed our stay, all as advertised. Back yard is small and does not have much of a lawn. Cleaning fee required, but tasks required to prevent being "fined". Stairs to 2 bedrooms upstairs, stairs to 2 bedrooms in the basement. It is very close to frat houses but we had no issues.
