everything in the house is new, the bed is very comfortable, the house is very nicely furnished and practical, the host is very kind and welcoming. I had a very pleasant stay and a good night's sleep, being at home in a quiet area

Nice,cozy studio,on the ground floor,parking in the street,also underground parking,15 min to the city center with the car.
Some coffee beans for the coffee machine,some sugar and salt would be nice to have in the apartment .

Apartment is excellent maintained. Located on ground floor, easy to access. You can use also underground garage with reserved parking lot.

Decided to stay a little outside the main city of Augsburg and this apartment is in an excellent location. Parking for our car in the underground carpark was a bonus. Warm and comfortable and our Host was very friendly and helpful.

It is a small apartment that looks like have been recently renovated . everything was clean and working perfectly. the host is very friendly and willing to help .
during the last day of our stay a host partner opened the door with us inside . the person didn't speak english but through mimics made me understand that our stay was up and we should leave when our check-out date would be the next morning . that's pretty annoying .
