Located in the very center, perfect location, with a free private car park. very convenient place in general. big room with comfy beds. we just had a problem with one of the lights in the room that could not be switched off despite our attempts. we stayed one night and needed to leave early the morning after so we could not try breakfast but if you need to spend one night in Latacunga, this is a very good option, especially for the location

The host was exceptional and so very helpful. The added convenience of a parking garage is a big bonus.

The property have very bad management, in the morning 10:30am housekeeping not knock the door just use the key to enter my room while I will check out on that day. I do not understand why they can enter the customer room while customer stay there. In addition for that, when I check in the receptionist charged my bank card which my bank statement already show the amount deducted but they insist the money did not charged and asked me to pay cash again. I asked them to check their bank account whether they receive the money before I check out but they told me their bank need at least five to six days to know. Therefore now I have to wait the result and I might be just double charged without any news anymore. I travelled more than 80 countries which this is the first time my bank card showed the money deducted but the hotel said not, I feel so strange. Not recommended hotel it is so dangerous management.
