Pas de parking mais il est possible, pas très loin, d’en trouver un payant à la journée après avoir déchargé ses bagages et ses skis à l’arrêt minute devant l’hôtel. Indépendant de l’hôtel mais du bruit dans la rue

Les commentaires ne correspondent en rien au vu de.l'hotel qui nous a heberge. Celui que nous avions choisi etait ferme et nous avons ete redirige sur un autre.

Good location near the cut through to the slopes. Hotel staff good too overall.

Food rotation could have been better and chefs often not available for the cooked to order elements of half board stay.

The food was awful, the room were poorly decorated and the soundproof was none existing, we could hear everyone in the hallways. the sky lockers were also a joke…

Comfy beds, good breakfast, great access to piste. Staff are friendly, and the hotel is well situated for access into the best parts of town.

The “SPA” costs 12 euros to use, and smells really, really, bad. Disappointing, as the charges are hidden within the fine print of the booking.com website. Also, the hotel smells of cigarette smoke, as the smoking area is a confined space, next to the bar, with very poor ventilation.

Breakfast quality and variety good. But sometimes certain items would go - such as the bacon - and it took a long time to refill - so tendency was to go without rather than wait

The rooms were clean. The pool table and bar area was very pleasant and fun. The location was ok - not too close but also not that far.. The jacuzzi was nice. The shower was good with great water pressure. The staff were kind.

Even though we ordered together, each room we got was in a different floor, and the staff said they can't help. The food at dinner wasn't good. We tried it a couple of times and then decided to stop eating there and went to eat at other restaurants. Just wasn't tasty, though the quality of products were good. Breakfast was more plausible, since we didn't need much.. The rooms where a bit small and lack closets or shelves. The ski room was very small, poorly secured, had no heating, and the lockers were too small to. Every morning we still had snow and ice on our gear where we left it the night before. No luggage keeping was available. The windows were small with no view.

Great location, lovely staff, really decent and varied breakfast buffet, 24 hour reception and comfortable bed.

Walls were quite thin so noise carried quite easily. Lovely and warm rooms, but could get quite hot in the night.

We got a broken window so we told the staff. The hotel was fully booked so they told us that they will change our room the next day and they gave us a 1 hour free at the spa. They apologized and was so nice. The location is very good ! The breakfast was good. And they have lookers for your ski equipment.

The hotel is spotless. The beds in the rooms are really comfy. The teenage kids really enjoyed all the games available in the bar area (Chess, Pool, Board games, Cinema etc). Access to the ski slopes is really nearby. Central location with all the bars and restaurants nearby. The staff are exceptionally friendly.

I can't think of much the hotel can do to improve.
