La camera quadrupla era molto grande e molto confortevole e la colazione non era male. L'hotel si trova in una zona industriale furoi dal centro e non è possibile muoversi a piedi, ma si trova a 5 minuti di macchina dal D-Day Memorial e a 10 minuti di auto dal centro, offrendo un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo

The shower/sink room smells badly all the time. The cleaning is just ok but far from being spotless. Small pillows, weird smell in one side of the blanket. One receptionist thought was totally normal to leave her dog unleashed and unattended for in the breakfast room right in front of the elevator even though guests have their own dog. After pointing it out, no apologies were given but a shoulder shrug leaving the reception to the staff room. Never seen anything like that in a clearly non-family run hotel. The other receptionists were almost never there, and when present never even looked at your face..

Basic but good hotel, ideal if you are just looking for a bed at night, no real facilities as such and no atmosphere. Room was clean and basic. Breakfast was good, good selection of pastries and scrambled egg if you wanted it, breakfast was additional €11 per head. No real interaction with staff, cant say if they were friendly or unfriendly, saw one or two in the morning but no one ever said good morning, we got one "good evening" on our return to the hotel after a days site seeing. 2hrs 45mins from Paris Beauvais Airport. Caen Memorial is 1.5km away Good location to visit the D Day sites, very close to the motorway Saint Mere Eglise is about 50 mins away.

A little bit of staff interaction wouldn't go a miss, basic hello's and good mornings. A bit of atmosphere in the breakfast room, maybe some background music, a picture or two on the walls, just liven it up a little bit!

la chambre dans son ensemble et propre et le lit confortable . salle de bain pratique avec sa douche à l'italienne. la présence 24 h sur 24h00 de personnel à l'accueil personnel sympathique et disponible . le petit déjeuner très complet

La localisation, le petit déjeuner et la literie

L’accueil sans sourire, aucune communication avec le personnel (Bonjour….) 2 chambres réservées en même temps pour une famille et les 2 chambres étaient à deux étages différents. La propreté des lits et des serviettes (taches)

Accoglienza dello staff Pulizia Colazione ottima e soprattutto molto varia, sia dolce che salata. Nei paraggi ci sono diversi ristoranti, tra cui La Buocherie, con ottima carne, insalate e dolci buonissimi.

La posizione, vicino al memoriale, è un po' lontana dal centro di Caen, ma si arriva in auto in 4/5 minuti.
