Need European dishes

The ocean view from the bedroom is better than the pictures! The studio room was extremely spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect, close walk to restaurants and the beach.

The drains appeared to be blocked up, so when showering the water would overflow in the whole bathroom.

The hotel is really designed for family and the breakfast was really nice. We were really amazed by the rooftop Air Bar which was not strongly promoted by the front counter, but we still discovered it and visited the bar every night while we stayed in the hotel. Great drink selection and very hospitable bartenders. The manager Andrew was extremely attentive and even set up Karaoke for us. Very happy for choosing Maple Hotel.

Our room was facing a concrete wall with a rooter singing every morning from 4am til mid day. I’d really suggest the management to pay attention to these areas as most guests would prefer to sleep in and a nice view from the balcony.

THE VIEW! I mean the view from the balconies is stunning! Unreal! The breakfast was delicious! There were som power cuts which made us sit without AC for 10 min. Overall, the staff was helpful. The location is fantastic! There are convenience stores near buy, the beach is literally 100 steps away!

The bathroom is not well clean, the shampoo and shower gel has not been replaced for time, there's some dirty stinky gel on it

it’s not clean like it should be. The floor was dirty at check-in. We found a zip bag hidden under sofa table with solid things like canabis or cocain…No hand soap in toilets, kitchen sink. Broken ceiling at the window in the master bedroom.

Comfy beds, furnished room and close to the beach

There were no hot showers. The room was dirty in some corners. Overall facility is quite old because of Covid-19 (swimming pool, restaurants, bars,...). Hope renovations will be done in the future.

I really like the location and the design brings me the feeling of relax. Been here twice.

Stayed here for the second time, but my room was arranged opposite the sea side. boring.

Cleanliness, nice location, large room and full equipment. Stunning view from the fooftop.

The hotel is located close to the beach and the city center but on an extremely narrow street. Only one car can go through at a time. Night parking is another place.

Customer service was not great. No one on the desk when we arrived and very cold greeting, this could be improved.

Great, convenient location. I need to work during the time I visit and wifi speed seems good.

It wasn't a peak holiday season when i visited so it's fine, not a deal breaker but it would be nicer if there were more elavators.
