Te encantará en Estero Beach & Tennis Club en este lujoso y directo condominio frente al mar. El edificio C, en el séptimo piso, ofrece una vista expansiva del Golfo. Mantenida con acabados de alta gama, que incluyen ducha con piso de guijarros y puertas de vidrio, la cocina tiene mucho espacio en los gabinetes, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de gran tamaño (incluido un lavaplatos) y encimera de granito. We were grateful and overwhelmed by the thoughtfulness evident in the provisioning of this condo. Every detail had been anticipated and provided. We were looking for someplace restful and we found a haven of rest at this beach-side Fort Myers Beach location. We would encourage anyone to consider this rental in your vacation plans!

I’m a Floridian, but wanted a nice, quiet beachfront condo to recharge and relax. This unit was excellent and exactly as shown in the pictures. The host was responsive and everything was easy with check in and out. Hopefully the beach space will be restored soon and the construction finished from hurricane Ian, but it’s all in motion and the property is well maintained considering how hard this area was hit.
Would 100% recommend if you want a quiet, well decorated space with an absolutely beautiful view.

Very nice and quiet location. This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Stayed in building B in 2022. Just before Ian hit. Things are coming slowly coming back. Was excellent having the 7/11 so close.

We had a great stay. The condo did not disappoint. It was spacious for a studio. The view from the balcony was just as described. There were beach chairs and umbrellas for our use on the beach and a cooler.

This is the nice condo at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. It is well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. Joan is a pleasure to work with. The view of the gulf can't be beat.

The condo was really nice and clean. Perfect size for an adult couple. We honestly would have chose a different location if we would have realized the amount of construction that is still going on, but of course we completely understand.

The area is still under reconstruction post hurricane but this room is great! The view and access to the beach are the best. The room is well stocked with anything we needed! The owner was very good to work with and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay there at the unit. We did not realize it was a studio unit without a separate bedroom until we looked closer at the photos until a few days before our stay and that did cause some issues since I typically get up a few hours before my wife and with a studio there is nowhere to go but outside. However, the units are very spacious and the layout is great. We really enjoyed the direct gulf view and on multiple occasions during the week we watched dolphins close to the beach from the balcony. The unit is very well maintained, the furniture and bed very comfortable. We wound up eating all of our meals there in the unit and every kitchen item we needed was provided. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo has been beautifully renovated and has everything you need. Very nicely decorated. The view of the Gulf and the sunsets from the balcony are superb. The unit was very clean and the owner communication was excellent. The area is still recovering from Hurricane Ian but there is a Publix a short drive away and a CVS within walking distance. We would stay here again.

I feel that this property may have ruined us for any future rental anywhere else.
This experience, property, owner, cleanliness, location and so many other things that I cannot even think of at the moment, were absolutely perfect.
From the meticulously cleaned, spacious studio apartment to the little chocolates waiting for us, every need we could have was met.
The owner was so responsive, kind and accessible.
My husband and I feel truly blessed to have had this experience, especially during what could have been a stressful first week at a new job, in a new location.
Thank you Joan for making our stay comfortable, beautiful and complete.

December vacation
We stayed here the week prior to Christmas. Everything was in good shape and met our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed and bedding was nice and everything worked as it should. The views of the ocean were fantastic and the access to the beach was great. We used the pool that was located at the center building (we were in the left or south most building of the three towers) and it was very nice with comfortable chairs. The property was maintained nicely. Everything was clean and well kept. There are restaurants within walking distance or a short drive to many others. There is also a CVS and 7-11 within a 5 minute walk. The island traffic is heavy at times to the north but tends to be fairly quiet at this location. I felt this condo was a good value. Especially it’s just you and your significant other.
We would definitely go back. Great overall experience.

Beautiful view of the gulf
We enjoy the week in this clean condo with an amazing view of the gulf. Their are many good restaurants within walking distance. We used the trolley to visit the pier area of Fort Myers Beach. We watched the dolphins and sunsets from the balcony. Walked the beach every morning and evening. This condo offered everything we needed for a relaxing get away. Thanks!

Wonderful Getaway!
My wife and I had a fantastic time at this beach front condo. Coffee every morning watching the dolphins, walking the beach, excellent shelling, pool, etc. Location is also near so many great restaurants, other beaches, etc. We have already booked our next stay. Joanne was so easy to work with. Cannot wait to come back!
