Good location and size for value. It had everything we needed. Also, there’s a bar/izakaya very close by called Racco’s Burger, which turned out to be our favourite bar throughout our stay in Tokyo.

1.床铺，弹簧床垫老旧，坐上去每次都能听到弹簧的声音，体感不舒适。
2.床单，被罩，很薄，有一种廉价的质感，里面的被子是黄色的，会感觉已经被使用很多次，有点旧
3.空调对着床，虽然已经调节了风向，但是还是有时会直吹身体上，感觉受风了

Great layout, close to station, plenty of local shops and conviniences . room has plenty of natural light and doesn't feel clostrophobic despite the small size.
stairs are abit steep, but thats pretty standard in Japan.

The apartment was equipped with all the necessary facilities the room was quite clean and the location was also quite nice and peaceful.
The wardrobe was full with other stuffs so there was not much space to hang your clothes or keep your suitcase /trolley bags.

Very nice stay. It has everything we need. The landlord is thoughtful. The location is quite nice for our schedule. It wasn't pleasant to drag our giant luggage from Hatagaya station to the place, but other than that, everything was great.

Beautiful apartment in such a cool part of town. The perfect base for a couple! We were staying in Japan for a few weeks and were back and forth between Tokyo so we tried out hotels, pod hotels & Airbnbs and this was by far the best place we stayed. These guys were literally the best hosts, they gave us so many recommendations for the area and were immediately on hand whenever we needed it. There are a lot of good restaurants and shops nearby (highly recommend Paddlers Coffee, Ella Records, Katane Bakery and Anda Gyoza!). You are so close to the centre of town here but you get to experience daily life in Tokyo in a new way by being away from the tourist areas. Highly Recommend staying here!
