The room was very comfortable, the location is perfect right next to the gondola that takes you up. They provide a locker right under the gondola which is perfect and extremely comfortable.

Spa was ok.
The food was awful, the service average, the rooms average, no privacy for the shower or toilet as you can see in through the sides of both. Sno bar is for adults only, and this is the one that overly shown with the fire. The other bar is far from 5 star. Spa is 16 + so if you're a single parent, and would like Ito spend time with your child/children, its difficult and facilities are therefore restrictive.
