Air conditioner was making a noise so we had it turned off during the night what was a bit uncomfortable.

Very polite stuff, very nice breakfast and stuff very helpful at the breakfast. very recommended!!! I will come back anyway to that place! 👍

Having been travelled around the world, I must say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was volunteering at the Ukrainian border the whole day, so I came to the hotel relatively late (11pm). Upon arriving, the security person at the reception didn’t want to check me in. Despite showing him the booking reservation on my phone, the receptionist didn’t want to check me in. Come on, I received the reservation, my credit card was charged (320 zloty), but now I’m stuck there because the person apparently didn’t know how to operate with the computer. I had to call and wake up my friends who spoke Polish (sorry!). This just didn’t help. I was literally begging the receptionist for half an hour to call their manager or whoever who knew how to use computer, but he was so reluctant. He eventually called his manager and gave me the key. I’d highly discourage folks to book a room at this hotel.

Nice hotel with very good breakfast buffet. Easily reachable by car. City centre easily reachable by tram (cash coins required!). Therefore we would recommend this hotel if you are traveling by car.

Quiet room. Quiet air conditioning. 15 min. to bus/railway station.

Fridge not sufficiently cooling. Disturbing impression of staff looking at your hands during breakfast (as if you didn't take too much food at the buffet).
