The hotel is walking distance from city center and the room is quite spacious, and clean. The receptionist is friendly and ready to show you the popular areas near hotel.

This is the worst hotel! It hasn't been renovated since the 16th century! I'm shocked that such ugliness still exists.
This hotel is a total disaster!
Allergy sufferers are dangerous here!
Terrible smell right at the entrance, the staff does not know what hospitality is, the room is a nightmare, everything is old and terrible, breakfast is bread, yogurt and an apple,- that’s all.
This hotel is worse than a hostel or motel.
Its real price is no more than 30-40 euros!

This hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly and obliging. there is very much a family feel to Hotel Delfino. They also have great facilities for cyclists and mountain bikers with dedicated storage, cleaning and maintenance areas. we also got two complementary bottles of water each day which was greatly appreciated
the rooms are quite small, especially the bathroom and our room smelled of smoke. it was a no smoking room but there was an ask tray on the balcony which probably explained the smell.

If you visit lugano by car this is a good hotel as the hotel has a car park and in lugano it is a problem to find a parking.The hotel is a bit far from the city centre but with the bus just in front of the hotel it is reached easily.You can walk all the way of coarse but it is quite a long walk
Please keep in mind to book a room at the top floor as the first 2 floor the view from the room is obstructed by a building opposite side of the hotel

very nice location. superb lake view. nice pool. very convenient when traveling by car but also well connected to public transportation.
it seems that we got an “older” room, some seemed to be renovated and seemed to look very nice. probably “work in progress” until all rooms are refurbished
