Beautiful historic hotel. We had a room facing the Main Street. Such a pretty town. Breakfast was very nice and included in our stay.

Beautiful Hotel, in a great location, It was a pleasure having breakfast every morning looking at the snowy mountains, the breakfast was beautiful, nothing was too much trouble. The staff were amazing and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a trip to Kitzbuhel.

Excellent breakfast. Excellent room. However, hotel restaurant not open on Tuesdays, which may be inconvenient for done.
Wish provision had been made for guests who wanted to eat Tuesday dinner in Ithe hotel, as it was made for guests who had pre-booked on DBB/MAP plan

Breakfast really was excellent and all of the hotel staff were lovely. Kitzbuhel is such a beautiful town too, with a better variety of eateries compared to others I’ve stayed at.

location is the best , staff are amazing, very clean, free car parking, the pool small but very nice
the breakfast was a let down, not much on offer and the poach eggs that you can order where very watery, apart from that the pastries very fresh

I was last at this hotel more than 30 years ago, as a child - it hasn't changed much, which is good. The location is everything, Kitzbuhel is a very nice place to be regardless of the season. Room was OK, breakfast better.
Felt a bit disappointed with the room. When you look at the back of the hotel from the carpark it seems there are a multitude of traditional rooms with big balconies, we were put into a pokey little room with a window looking out onto someone else's door and window - staff quarters?

Breakfast was great, location is good, garden is quite good, pool is nice but it could be better if it were not indoor. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
The church is next to the hotel, which is great. However, you hear the bells very loudly. Especially early in the morning, at 7:00 the bell is ringing very long and loud.
