リノベ未済の部屋で空調の効きが悪く、フロントにお伝えしたところ直ぐ違う部屋に変更していただいた。
全体的に照明が悪いのか、暗い雰囲気。
朝食会場はもう少し明るい雰囲気、できれば窓のあるところがよい
また、1階以外のエレベーターホールや廊下など空調の効きが悪く、暗い。

ベッドの寝心地が良かった。快適でした。コンビニが近い。値段が安い。
アメニティは少なめ。でもリーズナブルだし隣にはファミマがあるのでこれはこれで。

Das gesamte Personal. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Im Zimmer war kein Platz für ein Buggy. Wir hatten nachgefragt und dafür eine Lösung bekommen, wo wir das hinstellen könnten. Auch der Transport von denn koffern wurde von denn geregelt als wir nach Osaka weiter ziehen mussten. Die Anbindung war perfekt! Ob nach Tokio, Ine oder sonst wohin. Zur nächste Bahn/Bus sind es keine 3min entfernt. Wir hatten 2 Supermärkte vor der Tür. Falls man das nicht wollte war 7/11 oder Familymarkt auch keine 4min entfernt. Sollten wir nochmal nach Kyoto kommen würden wir definitiv nochmal dahin.
Meine komplette Familie hat sich bei euch sehr wohl gefühlt. Schade das wir weg mussten.

La possibilità di poter prendere direttamente lì il pigiama e altri accessori da bagno, la posizione comoda,su una strada principale dove passano tutti i bus e con vari ristoranti.

Camera piccola come spesso accade in Giappone, ma pulita e confortevole.
Letto comodo, e staff presente e cordiale.
Prezzo un po' alto per i servizi ottenuti... forse il periodo era di alta stagione, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo ne ha risentito.

This was our second time visiting since 2020, and this hotel is still amazing! The locality is great and very convenient with the supermarket across the road.
We had an issue with the aircon not working properly in our room and it felt like we were trying to sleep in a sauna, BUT the staff were AMAZING and helped us out with moving to another room

幾つものアメニティを部屋まで持ってゆかせるのならば、せめて、運ぶための籠や袋を用意しておくべき。

Everything was great. Good location, walking distance from station and centre, but also very close to bus stops and subway. Great staff, very nice and friendly. Great breakfast, a lot of choices, many japanese typical dishes, different everyday. We asked if they could open 10 mins before 7am and everything was ready by 6.50! The room is small but well equipped and functional. Comfy bed and pijamas

Perfect location to go around Kyoto.
The room is clean and with all the amenities to make you comfortable.
From small details you can understand that the facility is pretty old.
I went during Gion Matsuri and it was more expensive than usual.

The location of the hotel is superb, it's just right on Shijo & Karasuma, very easy to get public transportation like buses, subway, and even taxi!!! The room is clean and neat, it surely exceeded my expectation, they provide clean towels everyday, it's a small room, but for a single person is good enough, the room has more than enough power outlets for my things, it also has one big window that can be open to get some fresh air, that's definitely a plus!!! They even provide umbrellas when raining, it's unbelievable, the hotel staff are very helpful and nice, they also have breakfast buffet everyday for only 1000 yen, and self laundry service on the 6th floor, I will definitely stay again when I come to Kyoto!!!

Location is great. Staff was very good as well, but it's facilities are outdated.
Bathroom was outdated, with old, yellowish toilet, rusty chain at the sink stopper, pelled bar handle, etc. The impression it gives is that no renovations were done in a long, long time. Room is small, as expected. All in all it's like a very downgraded APA.hotel.

Staff was very friendly. They kept our bags before the check-in. Provided all the amenities we needed and gave us complimentary water bottles. New towels everyday. Comfortable room.

The location was great and the staff was extremely nice.
Apparently the air conditioning was not working and some nights were a bit cold. I asked for a blanket but was still cold at times.

Great location with a big supermarket and convenience stores across the road and metro stations only a short walk away.
The breakfast was very good value and the lady working the restaurant was doing a superb job ensuring everything was topped up fresh and the tables clean. All of the staff here were super helpful with any query we had.
Having a mini fridge seems to be a standard in Japan - but I appreciate having one as it makes keeping drinks/food for snacks very convenient.
Only a very minor point but I would like to have had Tea/Coffee and cream available at the self service counter though the green tea they had was perfectly adequate.

Good location. Felt safe.
Our room was not cleaned at all during our 5 night stay. We were asked in check in to select a day for room cleaning and to give our key in that day, and nobody cleaned.
The breakfast buffet was cold.

It was close to shops and not that far away from the train station but if you can't walk that far there are buses that go near the hotel or there are taxis. The people at reception were awesome 😊
