The staff are nice and helpful, they explained a lot about Huis Ten Bosch upon check in. The staff always press the elevator for you when you come back. There is no need to book for breakfast at the time of hotel reservation so I can choose which day to take the breakfast. It is so close to Huis Ten Bosch so you can stay there till very late to enjoy the light show. Car park is close to hotel.

Bathroom faucets are a little bit out of date. The breakfast is a bit expensive and food type is not too surprising.

Adjacent to the Huis Ten Bosch Park. Having better than average hotel BF , with many choices but certainly not close to 4-stars ; restaurant staff were kind and attentive. Good security and easy car-parking.

Crowded uncleaned indoor not-so-big(as advertised) Onsen ; at 2135-2215 hrs , the night we stayed, the supposed Onsen was like a children’playing pool, with some CRYING INFANTS !! ; changing room was also dirty , messy. Our Room(s) are archaic/run down , seems no refurbishment nor improvement of any kind. (Refurbishment is only on ground floor, that we saw.) Lift/elevator were creaking, must be 30+ year model ! Staff members at Reception could not communicate in English, and certainly having no service mind nor trying their best to assist. The hotel-staff refused to give paper receipt nor evidence of our pre-paid stay , saying it is management’policy ?! I stayed here twice 20++ years ago , those were good stays ! This time ,I/we were so disappointed and WILL NOT COMEBACK!!

Nice and child friendly hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection that caters to a wide variety of customers. The private re-entry gate to the park is a bonus especially in the evening.

It’s own gate direct to Huis Ten Bosth was just amazing and convenient for us with a small kid. Staff were helpful and the property was very clean.

One negative point is: WiFi was useless/ too slow to watch YouTube, Instagram, or Netflix one night. And there is no washing/dry machine.

The room is fairly large for a Japanese hotel room and very clean. The staff are very friendly and attentive and everything is very clean and new.

No complaints.
