need more facilities in hotel such as soap, toothpaste and mineral water. it is basic facilities for hotel.

please add more facilities in hotel. Unfortunatelly lift is out of service and we need to use stairs with a big bag.

Buttons for dnd and make up room not working. They run out of towels, so we had to buy some. Check in on 2nd floor. Had to carry our luggage ourselves. Lift not working

The bed, the cozyness..

First of all, lift were not working. It was dissapointing since one of the main reason i took this room was because it has lift. And my room was given way up to level 3. The bed sheet has 2 minor blood stains and the pillowcases were not really clean. There were 2 opened coca cola cans in the mini fridge which shows that the room were not cleaned thoroughly that the cleaners did not throw away the can drinks.

Noisy room due old windows - maybe I only had bad luck for the room.

bed is comfortable.

the toilet is dirty. lot of blackmark location strategic but the hotel not so good..

they didn’t provide shower gel/shampoo, only soap. confusing check in instructions. and on my 2nd day, i cannot get into my room as the card not functioning and i had to wait 2hours for the receptionist to come and fix my card . what a waste of time. and the lift not working as well and you need to take the stairs up to the 3rd floor. not gonna come here anymore. seriously the worst experience i had so far being a traveller
