the chinese food in the restaurant is very delicious

1. all the power plugs in the rooms are loosen (basically cant use at all), it happened in all rooms of my friends. 2. since we had event for 500+ guess attended, we need extra time for check out. But that's not able to extend even for 1 hour. 3. Since the check out time is 12pm, then why the door access card will inactive at 11am ? we are were rushing for check out then the door was locked and we need to go to reception counter reactivate it. What's the point ?

Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet on weekend only. On monday breakfast ala carte. Sebab tak ramai orang i rasa, so if you are a heavy eater during breakfast, better not, the menu are quite limited. Like veryy limited

Need to pay for parking rm8 per entry, so kena manage well kalau nak keluar masuk banyak kali sehariii, better takyah park dalam 🤣 Staff are nice, cuma bila call untuk minta towel extra or anything, they dont pickup.

Cleanliness

Swimming pool is unavailable because of the facilities is under construction from 14/8. Should give discounts for this. One of my criteria of choosing where to stay is its facilities swimming pool.
