Comfortable clean well appointed

Excellent location, walking distance to Lake Wendouree, 10mins drive to hospital precinct. Ground floor apartment very suitable for older person with mobility aids, doorways & passage very wide. Very stylist apartment, comfy beds with electric blankets and extra heater in one of the bedrooms (Ballarat have very cold nights). Gas heating was easy to use and heated the entire apartment. Split system heating / cooling also available. Fully equipped kitchen. Large shower in bathroom, great water pressure and hot water. Entry and exit to property was very easy with parking on site. No reception on site but easily contactable via phone. All the comforts of home but better..

clean, fresh, spacious, comfy bed, kitchen had tea bags:coffee, cracked salt and pepper, oil and a small long life milf for tea. great location!!!

All but 3 of the properties were fantastic!!! Grove st, unit 4, had a subtle scent of curry throughout the unit. we had to keep opening the front door and windows to try and get some air flow. it wasn’t awful, but it was definitely there.

Drains in the bathroom were slow to empty. The handbasin filled so quickly it overflowed.

The apartment is tired and old fashioned not quite as advertised. We were disappointed with the cleanliness the area around the washing machine in the bathroom doesn’t appear to have been cleaned for months!

The fact that we had to access the property via stairs. I was not aware of this when I was booking.

if you want to stay there , you should bring your bed and mattress, air conditioner, fridge, over , dishwasher and washing machine with yourself also you can not open the windows for fresh air
