unsure of the link between the restaurant and the hotel with regards to facilities such as tea/ coffee/ drinks have to rely on mini bar if required and no communal area apart from sun deck

the location, excellent customer service, and wonderful breakfast. very centrally located within walking distance of everything you’d want in Mallorca town. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout our stay, giving recommendations on where to visit or eat, and switching our room where there was an issue with the electricity. the facilities are perfect for a short break - bedrooms are very clean and comfortable with excellent coffee and bathroom products! the breakfast was delicious too. highly recommend

Cannot fault a thing. An amazing night in the perfect location! Service was exceptional.

The location is perfect for seeing old town and being right in the centre of the city. There is a brilliant buzz around the hotel, great night life, resturants and clubs. It's a quick walk to the marina and to the Palace. The streets outside are busy but the hotel is well insulated and you could not hear much outside. The Balconies are lovely and the roof terrace gives a great view of the city. The air-conditioning is fantastic and not drying or obtrusive. The staff were incredibly accommodating and really lovely. There were complimentary drinks which was a nice gesture. Bags were taken to the room and we were able to check in early in order to have a full day in Palma.

Although it was a brilliant stay it was expensive. If you don't want a hefty bill stay away from the mini bar. We couldn't work the coffee machine.

Fantastic location with everything on the doorstep. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooftop terrace was fantastic

Breakfast the first day was very good, the waiter who was on his own kept asking if he could get us anything else. However the second day we found it hard to even get a coffee having to go to the bar to ask, very limited continental offerings so quite a bit of money added to the room for a croissant and bit of ham & cheese.

Breakfast was great, location great, staff amazing.
