Central location, nice room , very friendly stuff especially concierge but also some people in their cafe - making you feel very welcome . Quite a good choice for breakfast. Price is very good

The service from the stuff was excellent. I and my family enjoyed our 13 days trip in Dubai but DoubleTree made is a memorable one. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family who plan on visiting Dubai🥰. They made us felt as home. Très bel hôtel situé à 10min de taxi à peine du Dubai Mall et de la Bjur Khalifa. Une qualité de service irréprochable comme souvent à Dubai. Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement fabuleux. Il y en a pour tous les gouts. Plusieurs restaurants dans l'hôtel. Mention spéciale pour le PizzaExpress Live et son ambiance. La piscine.

room designs and their size, the staff outside wasnt willing to do as much as other hotels, like open the door of the cab or call taxis for us, but some of the staff inside were extremely helpful when my sister was sick.

the price was extremely high per night, breakfast and dinner was per person and not per room which i dont see most hotels doing.

Staff out front were very friendly and helpful bed was great and free water bottles supplied dayly it’s a pity the double tree at the Docklands London weren’t up to this standard as they were more expensive and no where near up to this standard

أعجبني كل شيء في هذا الفندق، المرافق، الموقع، الخدمة، النظافة ، خدمة صف السيارة كل شيء كان جميل .. أقمنا لمدة ستة ايام كانت مريحة.

1.房間內的餐桌上裝飾燈灰塵很多根本不敢用。 2.洗手檯面設計不好，水會從檯面邊邊流到地上、水溫跟浴缸一樣不穩（給小孩洗澡要小心） 3.廁所馬桶旁的垃圾桶沒裝垃圾袋。 4.用餐的兒童餐椅自己用濕紙巾擦了快10分鐘才敢給小孩使用，也沒有服務人員前來關心。 5.住宿前飯店有詢問此次住宿有慶祝什麼活動？原以為飯店會有給什麼小禮物之類的結果沒有。

I highly recommend this property. The staff at the reception was very helpful. The manager at the reception was also very helpful. I forgot my passport and they helped me with the booking to make my stay very comfortable. The room service was amazing. Breakfast at my Square restaurant was very yummy and the staff there was very helpful. The location was very good and easy to excess

Otel temiz, güvenli, konforlu, çalışanlar yardımcı. Bavulları bırakıp alabileceğimiz oda mevcut. Oda iyi, aileye uygun.

Kahvaltı gereksiz pahalı, yandaki marketten pide çay almak çok daha iyi. Careem uygulamasından taksiler otel lobisinin önüne genelde gelemiyorlar çünkü yan yol ayrımını karıştırıyorlar, bu yüzden 2 kere ceza yedik careemden. Dubai mall e yakın ama yürünemiyor yollardan. Aynı bölgede konumu daha rahat bir otel seçmeliydik.

The hotel was clean, in a great location, the staff were excellent to interact with, and the breakfast was very good.

The restaurant staff were amazing and friendly. Met a lovely girl called Vick who was extremely friendly. Additionally, the food was lovely.

We had to frequent remind the domestic team to top up things like shower gel and lotion and to empty all the bins.
