An absolute highlight was Suli, the housekeeper and cook who made us the most delicious breakfast each day. We loved getting to know her and having her around. Our kids were sad to say goodbye to Suli, she truly made our stay more special. Despite reading other reviews the location was much better than we expected, a very short Gojek to main part of Seminyak. For two families we had so much space, the yard was huge, the bedrooms were also very generous and the rooftop jacuzzi was a fun addition. We really had plenty of room for us all.

This wasn’t a huge problem for us but a few of the bedrooms were slightly smelly. We noticed they had room sprays and diffusers to help with this. Some of the decor is outdated BUT for the price you couldn’t complain. It is outstanding value.

Location preety isolated,will be a distance to travell around Semin yak.The only thing to like the property looked lovely,But entering it was an experience as 21 bedroom stunk of Raw sewerageand there was nothing they could do for a wek when they had 4 months to prepare for our arrival

Manager demanding cash on arrival when it was booked on credit card,1 room smelt of raw sewerage.Rang booking.com and were advised no cash in aggrement.booking.com cancelled reservation and asked us not to pay in cash but bank trasfer for 1 night which the villa provided an invoice and it was paid on monday will be sending bank reciept to the e-mail address sent by booking.com.I WOUL NOT ATAY EVER IN THIS VILLA,

The access very bad very small road and sometimes block by the cow if you bring a car. Breakfast fried rice standard friend noodles very bad. The sliding door was stuck cannot opened. The room is smells bad.

The Villa looks amazing, the look of it really exceeded my expectations. It has a huge living room with glass everywhere, the pool is very big and the rooms look great as well. We had fresh made breakfast every day and 24/7 security. It was a great stay and totally worth the money. The owner is very nice and helped us with a lot of questions and problems which was sometimes hard for us to find in Bali. I would totally recommend this.

Overall, it was very clean! Some small things could have been cleaned a bit more, but that was absolutely no problem.
