Clean and tidy, also had lots of towels available. Very nice restaurant on 1st floor and also breakfast is very reasonable compared to other hotels

Close to road and very noisy and also hard to access the road by a car. Parking is also a significant issue. Feels like a hostel not a hotel

The superior room has door to door to other room make me unconforttable. Under the table very dirty. The staff didnt explain which way is going to the swimming pool. And lastly the hotel dont have a sign board which way go to the swimming pool. Last but not least the bath room on room 8311 the water heater doest hot at all

Breakfast buffet offered a number of dishes and included some variety of jam and bread, though very limited seating!

The communication with the staff was poor, free airport shuttle was not offered as they stated my request came in too late (a day prior my arrival!) I was stranded at the airport but despite contact they were unable to provide any support!

About front counter of wafa hotel supposed to be at lobby hotel, so it make easy for hotel guests to check -in and for asking anything..but at wafa hotel we have to go at level 3 to communicate especially to check-in and etc , car park very limited for hotel guests , limited times for swimming pool area at 6pm closed , about tv channel..no entertainment tv channel like HBO , MTV , CARTOON NETWORKS and etc.
