Although he is the manager of the hotel, he really went out of his way to ensure our comfort. His communication skills are excellent, and he made us feel like valued guests. What sets Hotel Phoenix apart is its unique blend of comfort and warmth. It doesn't feel like typical hotel, you can tell they genuinely care about their guests' experience. Apartments are brand new and clean, room is spacious and you get all appliances needed. They let us (me and my two mid size dogs) without any problems. The host was very attentive and friendly.

Breakfast was a joke. A good example of how a nice 10* rated stay can be ruined. There were 6 people me including at the dining and we had to share a small plate of scrambled eggs, few peaces of ham and cheese and bread. For way less than 10e you can get amazing breakfast with freshly brewed coffee and fresh bakery in town.

We had a wonderful stay at the boutique aparthotel in Medjugorje. The small clean room we booked was perfect for our needs. The owner and his family was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They even went the extra mile by allowing us to charge our electric car. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, adding to the overall delightful experience. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Everything perfect

The host was a very kind lady who spoke lots of languages including German and English. She was very attentive, kind and thoughtful and really made me feel at home. She did a great job in catering for my diety needs (gluten). Nothing was too much trouble for her. My room was simple and comfortable, just how I like it.

Well, no complaints really - if I had to say something, the pillow was too big for me. A tiny detail in a lovely 2 week stay.
