- great view onto the beach - easy process and reasonable fees for late check-out - once we figured the AC out, it worked really well

- weird smell in the lobby area - inconveniently located for anything but a beach vacation - breakfast was unneccessary and not interesting

Gostei muito da vista e do quarto. O quarto que fiquei era bem bonito e tinha vista para o mar de Busan. Além da praia o hotel fica pertinho do trem colorido que é atração turística em Busan.

Poderia ter uma estação de metrô mais próxima 😄

Nice view, but windows were dirty.

Strongly recommend to avoid this place. First of all from the main station and port it is super far, takes around an 1/5 to get there. Way closer waterfronts along the road. Secondly, rooms are dirty. I’ve been in 2 of them. I’ll attach pictures. Dust in the sink area, black hair all over the room (I am blond). Walls has many spots and skirting board living its last days. Windows are dirty, view is not as enjoyable. Bed is super hard. Eventually Hotel changed my room, to way smaller and in the same condition. I found black hair, spots all over the place as well, squeaky broken cupboard and yellow spots on the toilet. I had no toilet paper, so had to go down to pick it up. Pathetic. They didn’t apologise either. Bathroom was broken, dirty water was coming out of missing drain. Breakfast is small, 5ish plates+fried eggs and noodles in a package. Nuts were not fresh. And not the nicest part - there is a tram, so you can hear it all day long. Thirdly, the staff of the hotel are incredibly rude. I had an issue with my card, but had enough cash. I started worrying about.it, since hotel takes card details in case to give you fines!!!! They started to push on me. I said that I can pay in dollars and the receptionist said “Let me see your $, how much do you have”. I said, I have enough just tell me what’s the total and he moved his hand towards my wallet. I was stumped. He said, he wants to see $ which I have and how much do I have. I wanted to leave this place. Eventually staff calmed down and I paid by card for the place. I went towards elevator area and he proceeded my name incorrectly. I said it’s not my name, then he raised his voice at me that I have to come back to the reception desk again and give him booking confirmation and passport (just to let you know they were checking me in for 20 minutes already.) Without any excuses he was checking my name one more time and said it incorrectly again. Awful disrespectful staff.

Great location, close to the beach, and restaurants. Great size bed, the spa was huge! We love the water pressure and the bidet. The fact that the toilet and shower have their own doors to give you that privacy.

The room was a good size with a great view of the beach. Breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. Was in a quiet location, so was able to chill after the pace of Seoul but Haehundae was a 15 min scenic train ride away. Staff very helpful and ordered taxis for us.

객실에서 바다가 보여서 너무 좋았습니다. 공간도 넓은 편이고 욕조도 있고 전체적으로 깨끗한 편입니다. 가성비가 매우 좋은 듯 합니다. 조식도 사진으로 봤을땐 추가 비용없이 이정도면 너무 푸짐한데 싶었는데, 저희는 아침 일찍 체크아웃 해야 해서 못먹었는데 이 가격에 이정도 룸 컨디션과 서비스라면 너무너무 만족스럽습니다.
