Fue por trabajo, pero al final mi habitación se la dieron a otra persona, el único momento que la iba a usar no pude porque se equivocaron, me cobraron el total de la estancia siendo que niquisera me dieron una habitación

the suites are great and very confortable the housekeeper was perfect and the bellboys where really friendly breakfast was very good

apart from the penthouse floor the rest of the hotel is not a 5 star hotel it’s old and not in a good shape staff at the front desk where not very nice and not smiling at all ! the food in mexican restaurant was the worst of our trip !

We loved our staff here, the staff were so attentive & nothing was too much. They helped us book restaurants & transport & were very welcoming. We had a huge room & plenty of water in our room too which was great. 10/10!

The sky suite rooms in the penthouse are absolutely gorgeous. Room service was excellent. Staff very friendly and attentive. The location can't be beat. Massage was amazing.

It was a bit difficult to find the spa entrance. Signs could be more clearly posted.

Very good massage in the SPA center, very good restaurant and room service foods, nice view from the balcony with jacuzzi
