Big villa for family…came for a wedding! Had plenty of room.

Elevator was really slow and hot inside....dryer didn't dry clothes on first time drying...people across from us got into a fight 2 separate nights yelling and screaming at each other, but other than that we had a good time

First time staying here and i had an excellent experience. Everything was as advertised, very clean and spacious!! Can’t wait to revisit.

The condo was very cozy!! We had plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other.

Large condo with the right amount of bedrooms and beds for a guys getaway for golf. Older property but value well worth the price. Easy to get around with Uber and convenient to airport.

I liked the property and found that it fit our group very well. It was close enough to the beach to be convenient. The property was in good repair and clean. The only negative was the only elevator had a rancid smell like mildew all week. Everyone dreaded it. This area of the beach has very little bars and nite-clubs. It was very quite. All in all, I would recommend this property to others.

Nice condo and pool in a great location. My family enjoyed our time staying at the facility. We just thought the floors would have been clean(er) than what they actually were when we arrived.

This property was a perfect home base for half of our dance team family when we weren't at the Convention Center competing . The kitchen and living area was large enough for all of us to come together to dine or to hang out. The girls especially liked the pool. This the second time we’ve used this and won’t be the last.

The property was clean and updated. Great for families and close to beach.

We loved staying in this villa, wasabke to hold our entire family and still have room. The little ones loved the splash park area. Would stay there again.

Very nice place though could use a touch up paint here and there. Could use more cleaning other than surface. Other than that was great place. We were able to use the hot tubs and lazy river, not the splash pad for the little ones ☹️.

Was not happy about the floors, very dirty. Do not walk around without shoes. No big pots or skillets. We were a family of 14, however I did call and they brought us some more. A few of the cable boxes were just dangling from the wall outlets, so they sent someone to put up some shelves for them. Furniture is in dire need of replacing, dining room chairs sank badly and back of sofa was very loose, beds not very good. All in all I could live with these things if the cost was a lot lower, but for the price I paid I would not stay again. Management was very sorry and did all that they could do. P.S You need more silverware and knives that cut.

All concerns were addressed very quickly and effectively. Excellent response to questions and great communication before and during our stay. .

A couple of issues...no silverware, floors had not been scrubbed or even swept when we arrived but we were so happy to be together we were able to overlook...

This was the perfect size for our group of 21 and conveniently located a block from the beach. We enjoyed the lazy river and splash pad. The grilling area was less than impressive. The interior was fairly clean, but could use a more thorough deep clean of the floors and a few furniture replacements (the coffee table was very wobbly and beaten and the living room couch was in rough shape). We had to contact maintenance for a broken fan, but their service was prompt and the maintenance staff was very nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. This was a great option for our large group to get together!

My family spent a week at Myrtle Beach Villas, expending a fairly hefty sum of money, but a charge I was willing to incur for a 'luxury' condominium. My party consisted of 12 persons, so the size was more than adequate. Communication & instructions from Affordable Large Properties were excellent. However, that is about as far as I can go with regard to a pleasant experience relative to the unit. 1. We arrived at the unit & had no trouble accessing it. However, the first thing we noted was that someone had put some sort of a 'vaseline' substance all over the door. To say that something like that is gross is an understatement. 2. One bedroom door on the bottom floor could not be opened because of a bed in the way! To get inside the room to the bath, one had to shut the bedroom door and inch their way toward the bath. 3. We had several younger children with us; we remove our shoes when we enter a house. That was a mistake! I am not exaggerating when I say that the bottoms of our feet were BLACK immediately! We noted several other things as we toured the house (1 wicker chair on the upstairs patio had the entire back blown out of it; the back of the sectional couch in the living area was broken; the legs on the coffee table were rickety; we found leftover food on the area rug, as well as a cereal bowl with leftover milk & cereal on the floor in the living area; several drawers in various pieces of furniture were broken and would fall out of the unit when pulled; 1 cabinet in the bathroom was off its hinges; drains in several of the bathrooms did not drain as they should; the washing machine leaked; several of the rollers on the bottom rack of the dishwasher were gone; for a unit that was supposed to sleep 22 persons, there was not an adequate number of forks or spoons--I think you get the picture.) I could go on, but I think it would be a waste of my time and effort. For an area that was supposed to be rented by no one under the age of 25, the noise level was almost unbearable at night. There were at least 3 nights that all-night parties took place. The first night we were there, the deck on the unit directly across from us had to be cordoned off with yellow cautionary tape because the occupants broke the railing as they tried to throw someone off that night. The only 'nice' phrase that comes to mind when I think of the unit is a 'total state of disrepair.'

The property was so beautiful and 1 block away from the beach, beautiful colors, home away from home, beds were super comfortable!!

After traveling all day with 21 adults we get to the unit only to discover there is nowhere to park. A big portion of the parking was blocked off for motor bikes only due to Bikefest. Then we get into the unit to find it was 80 degrees due to the 2nd floor A/C unit going completely out. Even with two temporary blowers installed. Thankfully the maintenance was completed the very next morning even on the Holiday weekend. The rest of the stay turned out as expected. While it all turned out okay in the end. I don't recommend going here during a high activity weekend.
