The room is dirty. There are spider webs on the ceiling. There were human hairs in the bathroom. There is no light in the toilet. Some electrical fixtures and plugs don’t work.

The room was warm and it had its own kitchen which can save you money in eating outside but they didn't provide with a sponge to clean the plates and we booked for 4 days and there is no cleaning service unless you stay more days.

The Walls near the bed were very dirty covered in shit. The mattress was disgusting with stains of blood and was very uncomfortable. We had back pain for 4 nights. The manager received us with a horrible rude attitude. They emailed us with a code to enter and she changed the code and blamed me for not receiving an email with an update? We were lucky that we didn't arrive late, otherwise we could have stayed in the cold waiting for someone to let us in.

The beds were very comfortable

Paid for early check in but wasn’t registered on the reservation, had to wait till 4 until we could get in. Refund was very hard to get still don’t have it in my account. Staff was very rude and unhelpful. Couldn’t lock the back door, they didn’t wanna help only after an hour of discussing they started thinking of solutions. Also non of the toilets and bathroom had a lock l. The heating didn’t work. Only 1 baking pan and 3 pots to cook in and nog enough cutlery for 8 people. Bathroom was dirty. Limited parking space had to park on the streets for a lot of money.

For a one night stay this hotel is perfect. Good location near Central station, walking distance to city centre. Also the arrangement with the code to receive your key was very good and clear.

In one of the beds you could feel the slatted frame through the mattress. Everything is just very very old. But for one night definetely okay.

With in walking distance to station.. Very roomy apartment.. Lift for getting to higher levels.

Could have supplied a few more items in kitchen eg. Potato peeler, medium sized knife etc. Only 2 tiny toilet rolls for 2 people for 4 nights over a weekend when no one in reception to ask for more. Staff pretty much non existent.

The place is in a very good locations. The Studio was really big and you have everything you need in it. The place looked exactly like on the pictures. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would say for that little money it's perfect but don't expect a first class hotel. We loved it. Also we are a gay couple and fell very safe there. The bathroom was huge, towels where clean and it smelled like it was just cleaned when we arrived. The beds where also good, I slept like a baby.

The supermarket is rather far away but there is a lot of little shops and night shops in the street. For the rest there was really nothing to complain about.

Bed bugs everywhere! we all 6 are bitten by them. all clothes are full with them. it was sirty too.

good location and easy check-in / check-out procedure

room smelled a bit like smoke and was not the cleanest. due to issue with payment system I could not book a late check out. called the hotel and the helpful manager agreed to 11:00 as a check-out. despite that I was woken up at 9:30 by cleaning staff.

Location is good

No seat on the toilet, the apartment was not cleaned apart from the beds. Weird smell, wifi did not work for 2 days. Impossible to cook since the stove didn’t got warm enough to fry an egg..
