This was a terrific hotel. Close to the station and city attractions. We were on our way back to Australia after staying at several European hotels and this hotel was delight to arrive at and stay in. Happy helpful staff, spotlessly clean, comfy bed and close to resteraunts and tourist attractions.

La situation géographique

Le lit n'était pas confortable du tout. Il y a beaucoup de bruit par rapport à dehors, mal isolé.

Location is nice near to supermarket train station and walking distance to all the touristic area .

Breakfast was very limited . Mostly french vienoiserie . Fresh omelette will be good and varieties of bread and local food will be appreciated

A bit expensive but that is the normal price of hotel near the train station.

The location is across from the main Geneva train station so with luggage is ideal. It is also within short walking distance from main bus stop. Nearby you can also find a local food/shopping mall with international food takeaway. Very convdnient. The church view on the side is beautiful. So it is a perfect base to visit Geneva and nearby towns. Geneva airport is also so efficient. Another thoughtful plus of the hotel - eventhough the entrance is small, a traditional door, but it is automatic! So you dont need to push or pull when you enter. The room is comfortable, the bathroom is traditional but they make it so functional so no complaint.

The lady reception staff when we checked out. She made a fuss about splitting the bill for us. We had no problem splitting bill among friends anywhere in the world. And we stayed in 2 rooms for 4 people divided equally! The only negative about our stay.

Breakfast was wonderful - ample and great value

We were put in a very modern room, looked recently renovated. It was clean, spacious, the staff were extremely helpful and generally we had a seamless stay.

It is situated on a main road and our room faced the road. Even with the windows closed the noise of vehicles going past were very loud. The drains also produced a smell occasionally but I put that down to being in a busy city.

Toilet didn't flush, the hotel is really old, bedroom was dusty, bed side lamps didn't work
