Wir wurden sehr nett und freundlich vom Personal empfangen und in der Unterkunft eingewiesen.Das Frühstücksbuffet war klasse,das Personal sehr aufmerksam.Es wurde immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist und Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt.Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls sehr gut ,man war schnell in der Fußgängerzone und am Bahnhof.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und das wirklich ausgezeichnete Frühstück.
Die Lage der Suite hatte sehr wenig Sonnenlicht und die Beleuchtung war sehr dürftig. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt sicher ein anderes Zimmer.

Booking lehnt eine anteilige Erstattung für 2 Drittel des Reisepreises ab, weil angabegem. das Hotel nicht kooperiert. Bei einem Todesfall eines Vaters bitte ich dies wohlwollend zu prüfen. Gerne akzeptiere ich auch einen Gutschein des Hotels. Wir wären lieber geblieben, wenn nicht der Todesfall eingetreten wäre!!!!!

Everything was so well done. From the wonderfully appointed apartment to the 'honour" system in the "bar". The staff (with the exception of one young women) were warm, accommodating and super friendly. We would have no hesitation in recommending to our frinds and family to stay here.

The facilities were amazing, the decor fantastic. Kitty the staff were fantastic and really looked after us and our two young girls. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve come across.

Good location, near to center. Broad selection at breakfast buffet and „open bar“ the whole day.
Very unfriendly staff. Unfortunately, we did not feel welcome and as if we were disturbing the staff there. One employee who works at the reception in the afternoon was very nice. Otherwise, we were given the feeling that we should be as invisible as possible. The morning after New Year's Eve we arrived about 30 minutes before the end of breakfast and Christian Wolf and his colleagues told us several times that we should hurry and that they were closing now. Finally, at 10:25, they started closing the buffet. All in all, we were very dissatisfied with the price-performance ratio and would not recommend this hotel to any guest who values hospitality.

Great location to explore tirol, pretty central so can go to a different area each day.
The room was big with a comfortable bed, nice kitchen to make dinner and lots of storage room.
The hotel itself is awesome, from an underground parking for the icy nights to a hitted pool & sauna for the end of the day relaxation.
